Dr.Matt is great, I’m so happy with the quality of care and support he provides my geriatric dog! He always makes sure to explain everything with various references to resources so I feel like I’m getting the full download to make a confident decision on my dog’s care. The staff here is very friendly and Dr. Matt takes whatever time is needed to patiently explain things and answer whatever questions we have. My wife and I have gone through a few vets in the past couple years and had a few bad experiences, so we've especially come to appreciate the service and approach of Loyal Companion and highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough about the doctors and team members at Loyal Companion. They are always efficient and extremely thorough with our dog. Highly recommended!

We have been going here for years and cannot speak highly enough of Dr Miller and his staff. The most caring, efficient, experienced vet practice ever!

Too often, medical visits (for both humans and fur children) are wildly unpleasant - poor bedside manner, hurried interactions, a focus on profit over patient, etc.

Not the case here. I brought my cat in for her annual check-up and the vet (Dr. Matt) spent ample time examining her, talking through potential treatment plans, and answering ALL of my many questions (plus some additional ones I emailed them about a few days later). Not once did I feel like they were going to rush me out or that they were going to recommend extraneous treatments my cat didn't need. I got the impression that everyone here actually CARED.

This clinic is a wonderful place for a concerned pet parent : friendly staff, clean & tastefully decorated waiting area with amusing portraits of dogs & cats, delicious organic ( complimentary too!) treats! Dr. Miller shows genuine attention & love for animals , listens to both parents& pets , follows up after procedure - provides overall excellent care ! Bella loves going there!

The absolute kindest, attentive, caring, helpful team I have ever experienced. My entire family and I have been going to Loyal Companion Redmond for over 10 years now. I have since lived on the East Coast, and now the south, and I still schedule my vet appointments with them because I have yet to come across a vet team that even comes close to Loyal Companion - and I’ve been to many others.

From talking with the extremely kind and helpful team on the phone, to receiving extremely thorough and informative care from the Vet (all of which are amazing, but Dr. Miller has been my family and I’d go-to), I’ve never had anything short of a great experience.

I know my dog is in great hands whenever I need to schedule an appointment with them, or even simply call to ask them a question. It’s so reassuring to have such an amazing team to go to for all my dog’s needs. If you’re looking for a vet, look NO FURTHER! Thank you all for everything!

Always amazing care and service. The only place for our fur babies. Our cat and high anxiety and we have a elderly cat. They are able to handle each of their very different needs.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Miller and Dr Slentz at Loyal Companion Animal care. Their genuine care and compassion is truly touching. You never feel rushed during the exam...they explain everything fully and advise you of all of your options so that you can make an informed decision geared to your circumstances. I'm so glad to have found them for my dog Kya. Everyone in the office is always wonderful too, I appreciate them so much :)

I’ve been bringing my dog to Dr. Miller for over 12 years. I honestly wouldn’t take her, or any of our other animals, anywhere else. I have so much faith and trust in Dr. Miller and his team. I also appreciate that I never feel like unnecessary treatments or tests are being pushed on me during our visits. I would highly recommend this veterinary office if you are looking for someone to take care of your beloved furkids.

Amazing, I needed to establish with a vet as I am new in the area. He got on the floor with all three of my dogs and spent time getting to know them and me! He listened. I highly recommend it!!

We LOVE coming to Loyal Companion and have continued coming here, even as we have moved all around the PNW (we drive almost an hour to get there currently - love it that much!). Dr. Miller is our go to and always does the most for our pets. The staff are also so helpful and kind. They have, on numerous occasions, gotten our dog in last minute and helped us in an emergency situation. We have the utmost respect and appreciation for this team and clinic. Thank you!!

Cannot speak highly enough of Dr Miller and his staff! They all go above and beyond in the care of our pets and are the most caring and thoughtful when we've had to say goodbye to one of them. Will stay with them for as long as we have pet family members in our lives.

I decided to take my pet to a different vet to get a second opinion and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Slentz was great- answered all my many questions thoroughly when he did not have to and left me leaving with peace of mind and plausible 'next steps'. Will definitely take my current and future pets to this establishment from now on.

Great staff. The nurses and doctors make my very nervous dog feel at ease and I trust them to give him the best care. They are very upfront about costs and their services are reasonably priced for the area.

Our dog does not trust strangers easily. Dr. Miller's approach gained her trust in minutes. He was so gentle and understanding to our dog that she stared loving him almost immediately. By the end of the visit our dog got so comfortable with everything that she laid down on the floor the way that she does at home. I couldn't imagine such a great relationship building in first vist. Thank you, Dr. Miller!🐾

I've been with this veterinary clinic since 2009 and they are most exceptional. Dr. Miller is not only well versed in cats and dogs (the only pets I have) he is well connected in the community of specialists, calling on colleagues as needed. He is compassionate and patient, I wish my human doctor was this fabulous!

Started my 11 year old Cushings treatment here and I am impressed with the knowledge Dr. Miller has regarding treatment and current research as it's not easy to treat. They have patience with my Salty Senior/Fiesta Fella. 👌🏼

We've been talking our dog here for almost 2 years and we love it!! The staff is friendly and they're very patient and kind to our doggo when she's nervous. Definitely recommend!
