The UPS Store

Amazon returns is now made slightly more convenient at this UPS store, for them and for you. They incorporated a self-serve area to scan, then tag or bag your stuff. I was new to the whole experience with the kiosk, even felt slightly silly--but after the nice lady at the counter gave me a quick walkthrough I was able to process my items, print out the receipt and hand them off to the people at the counter. Convenient and friendly service. Thanks, again.

These guys are the best they have you covered with all your shipping needs and Naresh, Jacob , Mona , Irina, and Raisa are very friendly and always take care of the customer this is the best UPS store in Redmond . Love these guys!!!

Had a great experience at this store. The staff are extremely helpful and went out of the way to assist me with my package to box and ship it. I had some very valuable items and they consulted with me on the best and secure way to ship. Also, there was a very difficult customer in front of me in the line and I was very appreciative of how nicely they handled the situation. They won a customer for life.

A very friendly service. Irina has been there for 4 years and she doesn't say much but knows her crafts and does exceedingly well. She has always helped me with printing and dropoffs.

These guys are THE BEST!! I have been coming here for years and not having to touch the Post Office is worth your time and money! This location saves me SO much time, and they are so friendly and amazing! I highly recommend this store.

I keep coming back for my Amazon returns and other shipping needs. They sell stamps and accept Postal packages too. So happy to have them around. In last 6 months, the new management has turned it around from worst to the best.

Excellent experience! I had to ship a computer and brought my 6 year old daughter with me. We were helped by Jacob and he overheard my daughter say she had a blister from her shoe, he got her a bandaid which was so kind and helpful. A little thing, but it went a long way! Thank you, Jacob!

My return label was misplaced by consulate and I was awaiting my travel documents. The travel date was fast approaching and consulate was not able to help me out. I reached out to the UPS store manager and he promptly generated a new return label. I was able to travel just in time! If not for him, it would not have been possible to travel.

We came here this morning around 10 a.m to have passport photos taken for our newborn (If you don't know, it's difficult to take appropriate newborn passport photos and many places refuse to provide the services). The two staffs there haven't taken baby passport photos before and didn't have the appropriate equipment to do so, but they tried their best to help us. They were very nice and patient, and really spent their time to make sure the photos look great. We truly appreciated their efforts and couldn't be happier with the photos.

I live here in Redmond ridge and I have Ben going to this store for the past couple of years. The staff is very courteous, friendly and helpful. I have always had a very good experience at this store. Irina and Naresh are the best. I love this store and would recommend this to anyone who wants shipping needs taken care of. Thank you!

This store is worthy of 5 stars! A few months ago, it wasn't that way. Naresh, the owner, has returned to the store to take it over, and it's wonderful. Great customer service, his knowledge is unequalled, and Naresh makes it easy to get through the process of anything related to his UPS Store on Redmond Ridge.

I am always dropping off packages at this UPS store on Redmond Ridge as it's so convenient right by my office. The new staff are friendly, helpful and happy. Give them a try now, it's a much better experience than a few months ago! They also have a great selection of greeting cards!

Amazing customer service!! I came to Redmond and accidentally left my phone at a coffee shop at Redmond Town Center before traveling on to central Washington. When I realized my phone was still at the coffee shop I called this UPS store and asked if they would go get it at the coffee shop and ship it to me. Without hesitation they told me they could do it. I emailed them the location of the coffee shop and where I needed the phone mailed. I received the phone the next day. THANK YOU!! I really appreciate your help!

Excellent, professional service. The UPS store itself has never looked more organized and clean. Fast, friendly help and absolutely zero worries that my packages are not being taken extremely well care of.
