Since I stepped into this store. The service has been phenomenal. Upon meeting Jay he went above and beyond to help me switch data on my new device without even charging me for it!! I am happy with my new device. I certainly plan on returning and continuing my service!. Great asset to the team.

My family and I recently got new phones and watches at this store due to some not so great personal circumstances. Adam and Galliano helped me get through my situation, and made the situation so positive! They were incredibly informative, friendly, and honest. We got a great deal on all of our new devices. They were very patient through the process, which we really appreciated. We are super happy with the service that was provided to us. I highly recommend this store! 😃 Thank you so much you guys!

Adam at the Novelty Hill location has saved me twice! His knowledge of products helped me find the perfect tablet for work. He helped me get everything all set up to mirror my phone which had all my work related information. Saved me again when a company update wiped my phone clean. 😳

When I arrived at the store I was in a state of frustration, after trying to get information online and chatting with a representative on my Verizon app. There was a representative available immediately to talk to at the store. I appreciate working person to person! This young man, Tyson, was so helpful and knowledgeable and patient with me that I was able to make my choices and feel comfortable with them. He went over everything I asked about, such as what would change in my bill, what the different phone models capabilities were and new features I needed to be aware of. All in all, a very satisfactory experience made better by an honest and personable employee!

Great customer service! I ordered a new cell phone and went to the store for some assistance getting it set up. Adam was very friendly and helpful. He even took the time to show me some features of my new phone. Will definitely go back for accessories once I figure out what all I need. :-)

Great experience! Never felt like I was being pressured to buy yet given lots of options. Understand that previous management had not been good. New manager (Cameron) and his associates are well versed in offerings and walk you through the entire process. Have been a Verizon customer for 18 years and this has been one of my best experiences for doing a phone upgrade. Have been back for a couple of follow up questions and they have been extremely supportive. I use to be hung up on not going to authorized locations, however, I'm sold on this location.

Eddie was absolutely fantastic in every way. I have never had a greater customer service experience with any sales representative anywhere. He was knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and explained things in a way that was understandable to me. He searched for the best plan and products to serve my needs and went above and beyond to help me in every way. I will recommend him and his store to all of my friends and family. Best experience ever. Gabriel also helped out during the process and he was equally as impressive. They run a great store.

Eddie was absolutely amazing. Helped my family purchase three new IPhone 12s. I have worked with many different reps over the last 20 years and he was far and above the best I have ever worked with. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and really made our experience amazing. He went the extra mile time and again for us and as long as he is in this location with Verizon, I will never use anyone but Eddie. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Alex and Cameron were great!! They explained my options with my phone because it was water damaged and needed to be replaced. Since there was only $70 left to pay off it made better sense to go with that and upgrade than to use the insurance claim and get a refurbished model. Alex and Cameron let me choose the phone I wanted and even got me a sweet deal on an iPad. Thank you guys!! They even let me say “goodbye” to my Siri and take a photo with my old phone before leaving it there as a trade in. Thank you guys again for helping me to decide. It was great of you to help me out and explain everything along the way step by step so I understood what was happening!! They deserve a raise!!

Adam at the Novelty hill Verizon store was excellent in his ability to communicate effectively with my transaction of buying and upgrading to a new phone. He was considerate and detailed in every step of this process.

This was the best Verizon experience I have ever had, Eddie was truly a life saver! Before I went to the store, I had been trying to get through to Verizon for over an hour via online chats and phone calls. I'm not proud to say it ended with me in tears and no answers. By the time I resorted to going in person to the store I was incredibly frustrated. But as soon as I started working with Eddie that all dissolved away because he was so knowledgeable, thoughtful and had me in and out, with all my problems solved, in under 10 minutes. I will go back to this store 100 times before I ever try to call Verizon with a question again.

Eduardo was super helpful and made the whole process of getting a new phone and iPad very easy. He helped get my new phone all set up and everything transferred as well as calling a couple stores to get the exact iPad we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.
He had another gentlemen working with him that I didn’t not catch his name, but he was extremely helpful too. I wanted a particular phone case and he tried looking all over the store for it (unfortunately not in stock but I appreciate the effort!)

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Cameron has been the most knowledge Verizon employee I’ve ever met. After 3 attempts and multiple days at trying to transfer lines onto a new account with my boyfriend and the incredible frustration that came with those failed attempts, Cameron made the process far more tolerable and a breeze compared to other experiences.

After struggling with chat and phone help desk for 5 days, decided to walk into the store for one last try before ditching the service. Dalton was absolutely phenomenal, trying every trick in the book to resolve my issue. He spent nearly an hour, but nailed it. Verizon, that man deserves a raise! He helped you keep this customer another day.

I went in to upgrade my phone. The process was really smooth. The Verizon sales rep (Tyson) did a great job explaining everything. He even put the screen protector on for me!

I had a true 5 star experience working with Dalton at the Verizon store on Novelty Hill Road in Redmond Ridge. They store had great inventory for my new iPhone 11 Max and Dalton was able to fit it with a new screen protector and Otter case. Very reasonably priced and awesome service installing my screen protector flawlessly (not easy!) and case. Highly recommend!

Evan was personable, friendly, professional, and quite knowledgeable. He activated my phone quickly and then helped me with basic stuff about using the new phone. I recommend this location for any issue or help. Best service I have ever been given at any Verizon location. Thanks again, Evan.

The two gentlemen that helped me with a selection of a new S20 Galaxy phone at the Redmond Ridge Verizon Store brilliant, answered all of my questions and the whole experience was seamless. In and out of the store in less than 30 minutes with my new phone all set up and ready to go. See for yourself. You will not regret it.

Spent Sunday getting a new phone & wasn’t really looking forward to the process. However, Redmond Ridge Verizon store has the best employee - Dalton Eldridge! Not only did he get my husband set with a new phone & me with a new IPad (which he even stayed late on Monday for me to transfer my old IPad over to the new)but he was able to lower our bill! He was patient & fun to work with even under pressure when it got busy. Finding a good employee is hard but Verizon you made a smart decision when hiring Dalton. I have now found my new favorite Verizon store!

I needed to buy a new phone yesterday. Carmen went out of her way to make sure I got exactly what I needed and explained everything to me thoroughly. I am so happy the Verizon store is close to me and I have a person with whom I can trust when I need further service. I have been with Verizon for about 15 years. Yesterday was the best experience I have had... because of employees like Carmen, I will not leave Verizon.
