The Bistro at Gervasi Vineyard

Went for our anniversary dinner. Gervasi did not disappoint! Drink, food, atmosphere all spot on. Lauren was our server and was perfect and attentive!

Normally, I would give them a 5 star for the food however tonight they came up short. Their parmesan risotto was rather dull on flavor, especially when it is compared to their sister restaurants' risotto. Even after we sent it back, it was still bland. Overall, it was an excellent experience for our 24th anniversary, though. We will definitely be back in the near future.

Went for brunch and it was delicious, and you get so much food that you'll have some to take home! The service is spectacular.
A little on the pricey side but it is worth it 100%, love it here and will come back!

The Bistro at Gervasi Vineyard is always a wonderful culinary experience! The atmosphere is so warm and overall simply beautiful. My absolute favorite dish is the Pasta Bolognese. I dream of this! They also worked with me to host a baby shower here and it was a delight.

As of the day I'm leaving this review (January 13, 2024) Google is saying this place is "Temporarily Closed". I am not sure what is going on, but I hope it is not for long!

Even though we didn’t have a reservation, they offered up the bar and a long communal table. We sat at one end and felt like we had privacy even as others slowly filled in some of the other spots. We both ordered a wine flight and shared bread with an amazing ricotta spread. We also ordered perogies that were delicious. Beautiful restaurant that appeared to have three levels. We had a lovely view of the water and trees.

What a lovely experience! Staff is friendly and helpful, and you can really take your time exploring before coming to grab a nice lunch/dinner…
The drinks are yummy and the food is delightful too. Pricey but it certainly makes for a wonderful and calming experience.

Visited Gervasi Vineyard and went to the Bistro for dinner. I thought the food was okay...I expected more out of my Chicken Italian Napoleon, I really did. It wasn't nasty but it was definitely missing some umph. My drink was delicious and my desert was yummy. The ambiance at The Bistro is really nice and enjoyable. The staff was great and our waiter Logan was extremely nice and friendly. Would I visit again? Yes.

Went this past weekend, absolutely amazing! Benjamin took the time to expand on the menu and truly cared about what he was doing. Food was amazing and so were the drinks. Will be coming back!

This was my 4th time at the Bistro and by far my favorite. Our server Bryn was by far the best and most caring server I’ve ever had in my life. A true gem and beautiful human and I’m so happy we were sat with her. She made our experience so memorable. My son loved her dearly and even said she was his favorite waitress ever. The food was top notch. My scallops were cooked perfectly. The kindness and service we were shown tonight is unforgettable. Thank you so much!

A Family Dinner w/birthday. The menu is fantastically varied. We all (7) ordered something different. All were delicious. Alyssa, our server, was very professional, yet friendly too. It is a great dining experience.

I went here for my birthday and the food and wine was delicious. I sampled a few of the sweet wines and got a bottle of the Brigante.
I enjoyed walking around the property even though the weather wasn't the best. I loved the rustic decor throughout the restaurant. The service was top notch.

Spent two nights on the property in the Villas. Dinner at the Bistro was perfect. Our waiter Brad was one of the best people we have ever met. His recommendations were spot on. The Short Ribs were amazing. Brad took care to recommend gluten free dishes for me and we thoroughly enjoyed everything at the Bistro.

My husband and I came for our anniversary, and it was an amazing experience. We can usually get in and out of a restaurant in an hour and a half, but we were so enjoying the food, and atmosphere and even our server, that we were there for 2 and a half. I would say that it's quite pricy, but you get what you pay for, and we definitely got our money's worth.

July 2022 - Another visit and again we had a great time. The food is excellent and the service is top notch. Some dishes remained on the menu from our previous visits and those that we tried again were just as good as we remembered, and some new ones were wonderful as well. Pictures attached.

2021. A followup visit and the level of service, cuisine, and overall excellence has not decreased. This is still one of our places and highly recommended.

2019. We came here as part of a stay at their hotel and the package included a reservation. Since this was a special occasion for us, we did not mind. The restaurant itself is gorgeously decorated in dark woods with the staff in the black Gervassi uniforms with red emblems. Seating is spacious and we did not feel crowded.

The nenu has lots of options for every taste and there are at least rwo specials offered nightly. You can make modifications freely as our waiter explained. The waiter was very nice, asked about dietary restrictions and preferences, offered wine pairings, and checked back regularly. When a small issue arose, he handled it correctly and well.

The dishes were well prepared and very tasty. The suggested wine pairings worked very well. Prices were definitely not exorbitant for the quality of the food and experience.

We dined 2 nights at the Bistro at Gervasi during our weekend stay. The food and service were absolutely stellar! Tara was our sever both nights. She guided us expertly through everything from wine to dessert. Can't go wrong asking for her. She was a true delight.

We visited The Bistro at Gervasi, and it was an overall nice experience. I booked three weeks in advance and the only reservation I could get was 9:30pm on a Saturday evening. The food was flavorful and well priced. The service was good, our server was knowledgeable and friendly.

Gorgeous venue for some amazing food!! We celebrated our anniversary a little early since we will be PCSing in the middle of our actual anniversary. We had a little wait for our reservation and the manager comped our appetizer. Totally not needed because we weren't upset over it but very appreciated. I highly recommend the Butternut Squash Soup and the Lemon Piccata chicken.

We had a beautiful holiday meal beside the fireplace in this gorgeous setting! The appys (deviled eggs and stuffed peppers) were wonderful and the main meals (surf and turf, pork chops, shrimp, and the beef tip special) were perfect. We enjoyed the Truscano wine with our dinners and the pistachio cake, and crème brûlée were a fantastic ending to a wonderful meal! Our server Bryn was on point, friendly and gave us great suggestions. Bill was gracious, as always. Gervasi made our family holiday meal the highlight of our Christmas season. ❤🎄💚
