Giant Eagle Supermarket

Bias alert: I work in a different department of another Giant Eagle a couple of counties over. However, I order delivery from the Cromer Ave. location sometimes. It always says the shopper's name is James, and if that's the case, please give them a raise! The substitutions are on point, good communication, the orders are never missing items or containing extras, the bagging is good, the chosen salad was fresh - there's just nothing more you could ask from a shopper.

Inside, the other employees have always been friendly and done a good job and the store is always well-stocked for my needs. I've had better experiences there than on The Strip.

This is our Home town store. The Go to store there always clean and very professional ! Definitely the number 1 store for groceries as we shop here a lot if your in the area please check them out. I'm sure you will not be disappointed 😊

They have weekly sales. Membership is free and purchases go towards discounts on food or gas.

They have employees who can help customers to their cars.

Unlike some grocery chains they have professional meat cutters who cut their meat on site. They check the dates on their products to make sure everything sold is safe.

They have a seafood, deli, produce and hot foods department with fresh foods. They keep track of the dates on products to ensure customer safety

They have a cafe area to eat. They have public restrooms.

They have a large selection of wine and bear as well as a state liquor store.

They have a pharmacy and a large set of health and beauty items.

They have both cashiers and self checkout lanes. They have a clerk to help with the self checkout lanes

They also offer online ordering and curbside pickup. There is plenty of parking and handicapped parking.

I go to the liquor store almost everyday. Most of the time I go in there its CHAD working and he always greets me with a smile!! He is super friendly and always working hard!! As long as he works there I will definitely not go anywhere else!!😁 KEEP UP THE AWESOME JOB YOUR DOING CHAD!!!!! AKA CODY 🤣

Was here a week ago. I was very aggravated. Gave the cashier my cash only to be redirected to the slot in front of the register but below the belt to put my money in😡. The CASHier can't take money? I have to feed it into a hole? It most definitely is NOT a time saving thing. I'm ready to turn in my Giant Eagle card and head to Acme. I'm already doing most of my shopping at Walmart lately. It's just gotten to be too expensive to shop here.

Deals are always good. Store is clean and well stocked. Staff is friendly.

The store was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Prices are about right especially if you sign up for the rewards card.

Floral lady on Tuesday May 23 am was super friendly and patient. She went out of her way several times in our 10 minute interaction to ensure a gift we were purchasing for someone was awesome. As locals never been here before we were blessed with her kindness! Thank you!!

Good prices on there product. There meat section are always fresh. People are good 💯

Two employees at this store we’re very helpful. James, a young man working as a cashier, was very helpful regarding gift cards. When he was unsure he called another gentleman named James who was supervising the front end. Both of them were very patient and pleasant. They are an asset to Giant Eagle.

Good place 2 buy my gift cards 4 fuel perks. Being retired u need 2 save as much money as possible.

Fish special came only cold. Microwave fish is not good. Hot fish $10.99 per pound. Yikes! Line was slow but not in a hurry. Clean and stocked shelves. Friendly people.

Went to Giant Eagle on 30th St. and I decided to go to Green Farms. Glad I did. Enjoyed talking with an experienced worker, several customers and my clerk. Got fresh corn @ 0.99. I'll inform you on how it tastes. Have a GREAT SUNDAY!

Only thing that would make it a better store is if they would change the fry oil and add something other than flour when they deep fry their chicken. It's good but kinda bland in taste. I'll never buy it again I'll just get my chicken pieces at KFC.

Have some nice deals in the frozen food area today if you have their card. 5 for 25 dollars in the meat section. Lots of fresh produce and a selection of organic produce. A selection of ready made meals that seemingly look like they would food 2 people instead of 1 person.

Out of all the different Giant Eagles this is my favorite. Everyone is so friendly! I took my grandson with me and he said " Mimi" you have a lot of friends! Even a 5 year old could see how friendly the employees are! Shout out to Molly, James, Terri and Tammy!

This giant eagle is one of the better ones I've been to. There are some out there that are way more fancier, upscale, and modernized than this store, but this location is clean and well kept.
