I came into the store with an SOS issue on my brand new iPhone 15 Pro Max. Spent probably 2-3 hours working on getting the issue resolved with the sales associate whose name was BJ Workman. While we couldn’t get the issue resolved after probably 3 hours later of calling different support techs, he was very patient and helpful during the entire process and did his best at getting the situation handled. While my problem was not solved, he was very resourceful in trying to help me and that’s all I could’ve asked for!

Lex is the friendliest most helpful cell phone representative I’ve ever experienced since being with Verizon. We went in at the beginning of February to upgrade two phones. There were some issues with the removal of a third line that was transferring out and lex had continuous communication with me throughout the month until my issue was effectively resolved and my account updated how it needed. She went above and beyond her customer service role!

I had a good experience at this store.

Johnathon was extremely helpful. He was presented with a challenge and maintained a good attitude the whole time while also fixing the problem (the issue was not their fault). He went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met.

I also worked with Travis getting my new phone activated. He was also extremely helpful and personable. He gained my trust.

I would go back to this store again. Thanks for everyone’s help!

Parker Schuler went above and beyond to help us add a new line to our plan and get a free phone. He was extremely patient while we were waiting on AT&T to give us the info we needed to switch an existing number over to the new plan.

Excellent, honest and fast service. Had me in and out in no time. Parker was excellent!

Jacob was an amazing guy! Helped with every single question I had and made sure everything got transferred correctly. Sat with me till everything was done and we chatted along the way. One of the best workers I’ve personally had the pleasure of dealing with!

We stopped in with an issue on a prepaid phone for my daughter. We Rec’d the nicest and most courteous service from Katie & Alex. Alex was in training and in my opinion is definitely being trained right. Katie went over and above to make sure my daughter’s phone was working properly before we left the store. I would definitely recommend this store and Kaitlin and Alex to everyone. A+++++++

James you were a big help today, helping me switch form regular to a prepaid account. The man who worked with me at the store in Kent, Mr Brown, took so much time, and was so patient. That was greatly appreciated. I can't say enough nice things about him, other than thank you very much.

The moment I walked into the door I was greeted by both Ryan and Hope. The great customer service only got better from there. They were instrumental helping me find a phone that best fit me. During the setup process, they answered all my questions without hesitation. No "uh", "um" and "let me check" with these two. They really know what they are doing. They also explained every deal and payment options ensuring that I got the best deal possible. If you are in the market for a new phone, you would do well to work with them.

Katie was extremely helpful with me and my family getting new phones. She really knew what she was talking about and made us feel very comfortable. It was almost as if I’d known her my whole life! I will definitely be coming back if I ever need help with anything.

James Brown was excellent and very polite, and even related to me about my Metallica shirt which made me feel very comfortable. He was able to help me with all my questions and got me an excellent deal to reduce my monthly pay. I had a bad opinion about Verizon but James helped me change that today and I will continue to use this service thanks to him and his kindness today.
