Pain management is a misnomer. They don't even try to manage it. Instead they give you little crumbs of hope and nothing else.

I brought an elderly person for an appointment and I’m not able to wear a mask but there was no one in the waiting room and I told the receptionist I could not wear one and she didn’t say anything . I even ran out to the vehicle to get my phone and went back in and sat down. They took my elderly person in then a nurse stuck her head out the door with a “ snarky” tone telling me I have to wait out in my vehicle ! It was her attitude and I definitely have not much good to say about the politeness of their staff ! Why wasn’t I sent out when I first came in ???? I’ll never be bringing anyone to this place again !!!

What a waste of time! They had the wrong information, tried to give me medication I'm allergic to and were more concerned with potential abuse than trying to help. After the doctor only wanted to prescribe medication when I said I wanted physical therapy, I walked out. Then they had the nerve to bill me. For what? Wasting my time?

Complete joke of a facility. Informed staff and physician what had been tried, stated I wanted NO more steroid injections. Physician wanted to give me steroid injections and then ablation (burning my nerve roots), his specialty is anesthesiology... No thanks I've dealt with too many people with botched ablation procedures. Also wanted to put me on 20mg muscle relaxer 3x daily, never took it before and wasn't taking a muscle relaxer. $200 bill for consultation, complete quack! NOT RECOMMENDED!
