Office staff was very friendly and efficient. Professional staff was very timely in take tests and giving information as what the next steps would be. Dr. Louis informed me of the status of my eye and prepared the new prescription for the glasses. He informed me I should return for a follow up appointment in one year however if I had any questions/issues I should contact the office.
The receptionist was helpful and efficient in scheduling my follow appointment. My experience was very positive.

My experience from first appointment through both surgeries was exceptional. Dr. Gregory Louis is the consummate professional. He removed any fears or doubts I may have had. His experience in eye surgery just made me confident in his abilities. He did not disappoint. I am very happy with my results. I must say that all staff members I had contact with were also very professional and friendly. Definitely recommend Dr. Gregory Louis and the Corrective Eye Center.

Front office staff were courteous and timely in greeting me. The backroom nurses were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The nurse explained all the tests before they were performed. I cannot say enough compliments about Dr. Louis he has a top notch practice and he's great at making me "see". I am happy he takes care of me and my family he usually takes time showing me the pictures of my eyes with lots of congratulations for the state of my eyes.

Doctor Louis and his staff are outstanding. I truly recommend him for all your eye care.

Unfortunately, the generic operator couldn't understand that my case was urgent, but at least she sent a note to my local office and they got me in the next day.

The staff is wonderful in every way. They explain as they go & a nurse named Joy is great at relaxing you. Dr Louis is 1st rate. He comes & greets you with a hand shake before the surgery. I had both eyes done & they were wonderful. They even give you a fresh carnation in water before you leave.

DrLouis has taken care of my husband and myself for more than 25 years. He is the BEST!! My husband would be blind without his care. We moved to South Carolina 4 years ago and drive to Ohio to see Dr Louis! He is kind, caring, explains everything in a way we can understand! His staff is very professional too!

Dr. Louis has been taking care of my eyes for 8+ years. He is absolutely the best in his field, in my opinion. I have complete faith in him, and I strongly recommend him to everyone for their vision care.

Very happy with my first time visit! While they were booked for the next 2 weeks, they cared enough to find a way to get me in immediately due to the severity of the issue, discomfort/pain/etc, plus a baby on hand. All the staff with whom I interacted were friendly and caring.

Dr. Louis is fantastic! This was not my first rodeo and he knew how to read the room, no unnecessary extras, confirmed and treated the problem, refreshed my memory for instructions for continuing home care, and I was in and out of the facility within 30 minutes.
