I love this place, Dr. K and his staff are very friendly. I just had surgery, 11 days ago, and my foot is feeling and healing very well.

I broke my ankle in two spots and they put three rods on my leg to keep my ankle from moving. 3 months passed and I was able to walk again. I also had an ingrown toenail and it definitely hurt but they also cut it out and it's not an issue anymore. Their ways of doing things may be a little odd or a bit painful but I trust them and so far I've been able to go to them for anything from the ankle to my toes. I just hope this helps anyone who is questioning their 1 star reviews.

Try to make me pay, in advance, for same day service, saying they would reimburse me when the insurance payment came in. Later to find that the insurance would not cover orthotics to be made in office. Wait can be very long. Pediatric podiatrist only has hrs when kids are in school, 9-2, and waistes your time talking to others, in the lunch room, not about patients. They froze a needle in my child's foot, using the numbing spray, for something I later found out, from the other Dr in the office, would not have been a problem for my child. Definitely would not recommend!

Im very upset with this Practice I told them that I had H captor Cleveland clinic through Cleveland clinic they made me an appointment I came here and they pretty much told me that I had to pay almost 200 and some dollars to even see the doctor when that was never discussed The secretary is very rude I will never go back to them again The secretary is very rude I will never go back to them again
