I highly recommend Tri State Plumbing. We have had them do minor repairs to water lines and toilet installations, but they also just completed a re-plumb of all our water lines and installation of a new water softener. Becky and Jason were great working with us to plan, estimate, and schedule this big job. Jason was clearly the most professional of the three companies we got quotes from. Chino and Enrique were polite, clean, orderly, and they communicated very well with us throughout the job. They went the extra mile to make sure we had water in the kitchen and at least one bathroom throughout the job. They are re-plumb experts! And Marco is a top-notch service guy, too. They are all great. Choose Tri State!

We moved into our new home & needed some work done on the plumbing: we had two leaky shower faucets, VERY high water pressure (100 psi), the hot water heaters (2 of them) needed expansion tanks & earthquake straps, one of HWHs needed a shut-off valve & one needed to be replaced due to corrosion. LOTS of work.

We contacted Tri-State & Becky set us up for service for the very next day...WHAT? That fast? Yep. Bright & early the next day Marco arrived, on time, & I showed him what needed to be done. He said he would be able to do it all the same day...including a drive back into town (30 miles) to get parts.

Marco first repaired both faucets, then headed out to get parts, came back, installed a Pressure Regulating Valve, two expansion tanks, two shut-off valves & two sets of EQ straps...all done within a few hours...amazing. Marco showed me what he did and checked that everything was working, including checking all the faucets in the house. And he showed me how the water system in the house was routed & gave me advice on which valves to shut off to prevent frozen pipes & which ones to shut off if we ever go on extended vacations.

Marco was very friendly, polite & professional and his work was exceptional. And Becky was very pleasant & very helpful. Great team! And the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Tri-State Plumbing. Ask for Marco. You will not be disappointed.

Jason arrived at the house on time and was very detail oriented in figuring out the leak and plumbing issues we were having. We just purchased a home in Cedar City and we're not familiar with any of the businesses in the area. WE HIT THE JACKPOT with Tri State Plumbing. I can not say enough good things about the work he performed and the price we paid for all of the things he replaced and repaired. I called back and had him install our new Dishwasher and he came out the same day. EXCELLENT work. I will definitely use them for any plumbing issues we have or upgrades in the future. Marco arrived at our home to replace our garbage disposal. He was EXTREMELY professional. He was kind, explained exactly what he needed to do, and executed the job perfectly. he even wore covers on his shoes to keep our floors clean. I was in the military and this might sound strange, but first thing I noticed was how clean and pressed his work clothes were. I trusted Marco before he did anything, just by the way he presented himself. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!

Marco is the best you could ask for. Very reliable and trustworthy. He was able to find the source of our leak and mold and had it fixed in a day. Went above and beyond and stayed after work hours to make sure we were taken care of. We would definitely recommend if you ever need a plumber.

Marco just left our house. We have had a few other plumbing companies in town come look at our kitchen sink issues and nobody has done a job like this. I was impressed with Jason and happy with the services he provided us when our water heater started leaking and felt like he was honest, kind and helpful with what we needed to do. After they were done we had water pressure issues, I gave it a couple days thinking it was because the heater just needed to refill. It didn’t change, I’ve called and left messages on the office line (when it hasn’t said it is full) and even text a line they previously had me send a picture of the water heater to, when I text the receptionist said she was headed to the office and would call me and never did. I still can’t get a response and this was in February. Originally I would’ve referred them to anyone who needed a plumber but now I am not sure we will ever use them again.
