I really love my Bisaddle seats! I have one on my Tri-bike and Gravel Bike. I had the seat fitted at the same time as my bike fit, and I’ve never had a problem with it. I’ve been on it for a few years now and it’s by far the most comfortable seat I’ve ever ridden on. Makes riding so much more enjoyable!

I cannot say enough good things about BiSaddle! Not only are their seats highly adjustable, the customer service is second to none. They are responsive, engaging, and understanding. When I had an issue, they wanted to hear about my problem and my impressions, offering helpful suggestions as well. They really do listen to feedback from customers, and it shows when new models directly address design details upon which we've commented and to which we suggested improvements. My experience with BiSaddle could not have been better. You can buy with the confidence that you'll be able reach a real person, get prompt answers, and if need be, opt for a hassle free return. You've got nothing to lose! Treat yourself to customizable comfort and maximize your smiles per mile.

Absolutely the best saddles on the market. You can spend years and thousands of dollars (like I did); or you can get one of these and adjust it for a perfect fit in 15 min. I got one to try and now have them on 5 of my bikes. The saddles are that good and their customer service is unmatched. Top marks!

I'm going to save a lot of money on chamois cream with this saddle. This saddle is the best that I've used ... and there are many! I've only one complaint. I adjust the nose as narrow as possible. After 100 miles or so, it widens. Awhile back I spoke with someone at BiSaddle about this issue. It was suggested that better bolts were going to be employed and that having four BiSaddles, BiSaddle would send me some when available.
I hope for your total success which may result in additional colors such as orange and light blue pads.

Amazing service from this company! A quick email with a picture and Bi-Saddle quickly acknowledged a defective part, and have sent a replacement (upgraded!) part out!
Awesome to get such responsive and outstanding service!
As far as the saddle goes, there is a lot of adjsutment available on this saddle, although it takes some time to get perfect. I was getting a full bike fit from the physio who seemed to like it and was able to get it close, then some minor adjustments over 2-3 rides to fine tune. Apart from the small defective part, the saddle seems to be sturdy.

I tried the short nose saddle and incredibly: even after a 4 hours ride I felt absolutely comfortable!! Usually I use a anti-chafing cream but this time I didn't because I really wanted to see all the hype about this saddle. And it title keeps what it promises! The way you can adapt it to your specific need is simply unique!
And the customer care is a two thumbs up!! Really enjoyed the interaction. This company will be enormously successful! No doubt about it!

I tried many saddles before settling on Bisaddle SRT. This was the only one that didn't leave me feeling bruised after 15 minutes. It's taken some time to figure out a position I like, and it's something I'll probably keep tweaking. I have it set a little wider than I thought I would! I rode over 2 hours on the trainer with it and didn't have any numbness, and I wasn't squirming around as much as I used to in order to find the comfortable spot. It's pricey, but worth it in my opinion.

Unfortunately the Saddle did not suit me, however, their Return Policy is absolutely 100% fair and I would highly recommend dealing with this Company. They were just wonderful.

I Love my Bi-Saddle Shapeshifter.

After trying at least 125 different saddles, I decided to also give this a try. Very interesting concept. Used it for a couple hundred miles, making occasional adjustments, but could never get it quite right. I mean, it wasn't that bad, but for the price, I'd want it to be REALLY comfy. I think the main issue for me is that the front was a little too wide, even when set as narrow as possible. (I need the rear on the wide-ish side, about 155mm. Widening the rear seems to affect the front as well.) But, everyone's different, so it may work for you. (Given the adjustability, I'd think it would work for a lot more people than other saddles.) And, if it doesn't, you can get a refund.

My first impression of the BiSaddle Shapeshiffter was that it was flimsy and over-priced. However, the concept seemed applicable, and my bum screamed try it.
I spent about an hour adjusting and riding to get the fit just right. I then went for a 10 mile spin to get a feel for the saddle. The BiSaddle delivered on relieving the pressure and pain in the perineum region, but the padding overall was thin and left my bum wanting thicker padding. I noticed that any weight shift caused flexing of the seat pad because it stuck out over the saddle base. This flexing would cause an imbalance of the bike which I found annoying.
On just the fourth day of use (about 60 miles), as I mounted the saddle, I heard a loud crack. Something in the saddle broke. Inspection revealed the saddle broke at the rear rail attachment to the saddle base. This engineering failure rendered the BiSaddle Shapeshiffter unsafe to use. Keep in mind that I am only a recreational biker. I am not racing.
I believe BiSaddle has a great concept, but are working through some engineering issues. The quest for a super-light adjustable saddle while maintaining profit margin is causing conflict. If BiSaddle beefs up the saddle base, thickens the seat pads and lowers the price, they’ll have a winner. Until then, keep looking.
Sincerely,
Mike Chambers
