Donavan's sent out Chris to fix our bathroom sink and shower faucet after they stopped running. Chris was extremely helpful and very effective at communicating the problem and the steps needed to fix the issue. Very professional and worked long hours to resolve the problem

After a burst pipe Donovan was here immediately although it was late Saturday afternoon. I got a temporary fix and was able to get my water turned back on and stay at my home. Monday they sent a crew to do a permanent fix. So grateful. Photos are temporary repair and broken pipe.

We needed a new hot water heater. Dan Donovan was SUPER responsive - 1) getting back to me about my initial inquiry 2) showing up on time - 3) getting a quote out - 4) getting the work done by Chris and Dave! It was a real pleasure dealing with the entire company! Lauren and Tracy work in the office. When I called, they relayed a message to Dan, and he got back to me asap! I'm giving 5 *****!!!!! ps Dan suggested a water filtration system. The system has made a world of difference!

Saved my butt on an emergency call. My renters have a newborn and the hot water tank was leaking & needed replacement. They surprisingly came the same day and got everything running again! Professional, prompt, and understanding. This was my first experience with Donovan & Sons, but will not be the last. Thank you!!
PS I respect those with bad experiences. In this type of business, things sometimes go wrong. This company may not always surpass expectations, but they are honest. We all have bad days.

We have used Donovan’s half a dozen times … SO happy with them. They are amazing. June in the office is so friendly and helpful . Josh came out today - same day I called ! He was so professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We had water spots on our ceiling and he identified the problem and fixed it in an hours time. I would not call anywhere else. Donovan’s is excellent !

After trying for weeks to solve the problem myself I called for my mother’s kitchen sink that was clogged. Susan scheduled it and they came out the same day. Josh was very professional and took care of it straight away.
We will call them the next time she has plumbing issues at her home.

They were excellent

The worst service ever. I called on a Tues morning st 7 30 a.m. and it's now Fri at 11 a.m. and still haven't called me back. I was told by reception that they would call right back. Still waiting for a call. I had to go else where as I had a leak that needed to get fixed asap

Hopefully their drivers don't represent their company, especially after one almost caused a 3 way accident on West main and repeated to flick everyone the bird while cussing eff you out of his window when he was the problem.

So rude. Got hung up on after I politely told them I was all set upon receiving a call back 3 days after message was left.
