When I tell him the issue we are having in our offices with pests he is so quick to give me solution and he make sure he takes care of the issues before he leaves our office. When I first called to set up a 1st appt. I was impressed with the professionalism/friendliness of the person that answered the phone & set up the appt letting me know date/time & name of the tech. Again, I was contacted by Advance to let me know the tech that I was told would be out was going to be different & Patrick would be the one to do the service. Patrick called me & let me know he was on his way. Very nice & professional. Once he arrived, he was very pleasant & very knowledgeable about the insects that we were dealing with & his process. We have had the service for over a year now and like it. Had terrible ant problems from the day we moved here. Nothing worked so we called around and Advanced IPM was the quickest to respond. After a couple treatments we have had no ants anywhere inside. Our tech Patrick has been great. He always checks-in with us to see if any problems have came up since the last visit.

My technician Ryan is the best! He is so knowledgeable and super professional. He is so trustworthy and always on top of everything! He is tentative to all my last minute needs. I highly recommend Advanced IPM for pest control services!

Ryan from Advanced IPM came to my house to spray for some unwanted bugs. Our neighbors moved out and we had more bugs than usual. After Ryan explained to use what are high peak season were for the type of bugs we had and different options we decided to have Ryan spray monthly. Days after Ryan sprayed we continue to see dying bugs around our home. We feel safe and clean thanks to Ryan. Very professional and easy to talk too. Pet friendly!
