We were lucky enough to be referred to Albert and Karen for our first home buying experience. I have known Albert Chen for nearly 6 years now. I’ve mentioned and asked few questions about purchasing a home in the past but wasnt quite ready yet till summer of 2020. Here is me and my wife journey.

Our first home buying experience with Albert was very smooth and easy especially during the pandemic. After we got pre-approved, we reached out to Albert for house shopping help. Albert was very responisve, he set us up with first time home buyer zoom presentation to make sure that we know what to expect during the home buying process.

Along the way, we had a few offers rejected and outbid. Typical experiance for most of the home buyer, but since this is our first purchase we took it personally. Albert kept our spirit up and reminding us that there will be a better home out there, just have to be patient. When we finally got our offer accepted, Albert coordinate everything with our lender and escrow. He made is simple and easy for us to undestand . yes we have a lots of questions before we got our keys, and albert was patiently answer all of it.

We still keep in touch with Albert till today, and would highligly recommended anyone who is in the market for house hunting

We were introduced to Albert at the beginning of our home buying process. All we knew was that we wanted to buy a house sometime in the next year, but we knew NOTHING about the home buying process. Due to COVID, our first meeting with Albert was via Zoom. He had a wonderfully prepared PowerPoint that was a quick crash course in home buying. This was the beginning of him walking us through each and every step of the way. Of course we decided to buy our house in the peak of the market, when inventory was low, but Albert really put in the work to get us showings that we wanted to see. He was available, what felt like 24/7, via text, email, and phone. After what felt like a long search, we eventually found what is now our home! Albert continues to check in, see how we’re doing, and to let him know if we need anything. He is also pretty handy and helped us with a shower head. :) Not only did we gain a home through this process, we truly feel as though we gained a friend. Thank you for everything, Albert!
