Awesome Store, compared to the BIG 5 in Highland Park, CA where i live, this store is HUGE!!!!!! They have way more items here to choose from. I was able to find the Master Lock Branded locker Combination lock in Green plus they even had Kites so i purchased one as well. This store is awesome and i highly recommend coming here. Just call ahead of time and ask to see if they have the item you are looking for.

All Big5sportingGoods are the best every time I go we go we spend 300 or 200 in things that we used dont go anywhere Salespersons are very helpful many times i drive far becasuse they were very pros and i cant let them down when i ask them to put it on hold for me

If you look good enough you always find the deal that's suitable for you your taste and what's in my wallet I mean your wallet you'll find something that will match

They have great athletic shoes for running and exercising. They also have work boots clothes and a lot of things to play sports.

PLENTY OF PARKING AND A HUGE STORE WITH PLENTY OF SELECTION OF DIFFERENT ITEMS. THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY HELPFUL AND INTERESTED IN HELPING YOU FIND WHAT YOU NEED FOR THEY WILL TAKE THE TIME TO CALL ANOTHER STORE IF NECESSARY.

Black Friday is frequently a difficult time to shop. But at this Big 5, it was so well organized and staffed that even though the store was packed with People and Merchandise, it was seemless and easy to shop. The wait for checking out was less than 10 minutes. The staff, although busy, was courteous and took the time answer our questions.

Best service I've had in a long time. Couldn't find the shoes I wanted. Employee Kelvin stepped right up and helped me find exactly what I needed. Kelvin deserves ten stars. Pay no attention to the bad reviews. BIG5 deserves a big 5 stars.

Big5 is one of my favorite stores. I can browse sporting goods while the wife is at other shops. Resonable prices on most things. If you sign up for their mailing list they send daily deals with even better than sale prices.

We had bought a pool from this store and found out once we got home that it had a huge hole so it didn't inflate. We took it back to the store and hoped they would exchange it even though we had already thrown out the receipt. The cashier was very helpful and still did the exchange for a cheaper pool and gave us the difference in store credit. Extremely happy with their service!

The Alhambra Big5 store is good! The employees are nice and love helping customers, there are a lots of sports products, from the tons of instruments to Clothes and sneakers, and Knives and electric lanterns for camping. You can call them to ask about the information of some specific products before you are there! During this holiday season and in the COVID situation, please call them first! Especially when you are going to but weightlifting instruments.

Andrea was the person who answered our questions over thr phone and she waited on us when we arrived. She's a great person and very good at her job and we got Lakers T-shirts for our brother and his sons in South Carolina. They are Lakers fans and wanted T-shirts celebrating the Lakers Championship !

The staff is very nice, always welcoming you as you enter. And they went out they're way to help me find what I was looking for, above and beyond great customer service.

Got a great Hunting Knife that is a Marine Corps Memorabilia to hang up with my other relics of the past. Although nothing beats the real deal. So this one will get the low shelf in the corner.
