AT&T Store

Joel is an incredibly talented and kind employee who deserves a WHOLE LOT for the help he gave me today. He truly saved me from a disaster caused by AT&T staff at the authorized dealer store on Fair Oaks in Pasadena (where I’m never going back). Joel was kind, confident, and did an incredible job of assuring me everything was going to be alright. He had to call someone to help out with my situation (which took about 1.5 hours) and his demeanor with the other AT&T employee on the phone was equally kind and wholly bent on creatively problem-solving my issue. I can’t thank him enough.

The customer service representative Christina was awesome!! Great customer service overall. I switched from Verizon to AT&T and I was very happy that my first visit was such a good experience. I'm also very happy that I reduced the cost of my monthly bill by switching!

Stephanie helped me out when I went in for an order issue and helped trouble shoot my concerns. Highly recommend this Location and the service is on point. Will definitely be my go to store from now on, thank you for your Amazing Customer Service 5*****

stopped on Friday to the Alhambra AT&T store in Alhambra . the store set up is covid safety minded. Tables outside under canopies. Employees are masked. want to give a shout-out to Jonathan who helped me. He replaced my BodyGuardz screen protector. He helped me quickly and efficiently. no waiting. no going inside required. thanks Jonathan. this store has helped me for that last few years with these screen replacements. always had great, quick service.

Arianna and LilStanky(Ben) has the best customer service ever. They saved me a lot of money. I came in looking for a headphones adapter. And they Recommended that I can buy 1 get 1 free headphone that fits my phone. I was so happy!!!

I had an excellent experience here this morning. I'd made an appointment yesterday and was met warmly at the door by their associate Will, who over the course of the next hour, was able help me transfer my cellular plan over to my new iPhone, a task which had vexed both Apple and AT&T customer service. And THEN, he noticed that I was paying too much for my Internet, and got me a better deal with faster speed. Truly, it was The Will Show. Bravo, sir. That is how it's done.

I had a great experience at this location. We called ahead of time to ensure it was open to help customers and the manager, Melissa, answered- mind you I had already tried calling 3 other locations. She was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to our request. Upon our arrival they set the expectation around the waiting period due to social distancing protocols, which we appreciated. Richie was the one to assist us with my issue. He also was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and even went out of his way to assist us with additional questions/concerns we had that weren’t part of the original request. This is the BEST service I’ve ever received from an AT&T store or phone interaction and I plan on referring my family and friends to Richie and Melissa.

Melissa was excellent in every way! Incredible customer service. She went over all options that were available to us, and answered all of our questions... which were quite a few. (Sorry!)

But by far! The BEST customer service I've received from AT&T in years! I haven't always had the best service when it came to AT&T and I would avoid going in if I could. But yesterday I left your store happy due to her diligence and attentiveness, her incredible assistance.

We had a great experience during our visit to this AT&T store. Our customer service rep, Will, was very knowledgeable, courteous, and honest about best prices and deals for our account/purchases. We will definitely be coming back to this location with any upgrades or accessory purchases. Thank you Will, I wish we could give you more than five stars!

I had the opportunity to add two lines for my daughters and Yang, helped me out. She made my Experience and excellent one. I am great full for the service and it’s why I’m a loyal customer. The Manager Jonathan was also super nice.

These guys are great. Went out of there way to get me the watch I was looking for. They also went out of there way to look up my account to save me money. Really appreciated all their help. Ruby, Ken and Kris really helped me out and I appreciate them very much.

Albert at Alhambra is very helpful. He helped us understand our bill whenever we had questions. He also went above and beyond with crediting our bill with some issues we had. He also helped with my in-law’s questions regarding their bills. Excellent service!

Albert was very helpful in getting the best deal possible when upgrading my daughter’s phone. She upgraded from iPhone 8 to a 12 practically for free. Great customer service. Such a great job that I’m now taking my son to get his phone upgraded.

My experience at this location has been fantastic. Do I have to wait sometimes, yes. However this speaks to just how busy this location is. It would not be a bad idea for AT&T to have additional staffing here to decrease the wait time. However, whether Asian, Latino or Caucasian customer service reps have helped me or my wife, it has been with the most professionalism ever. Keep up the good work!

Awesome customer service here! I came in with an issue with my phone but I was able to trade it in and get the newest iphone for free! Look for Ken if you have any questions! He lowered my bill as well..

The associates and manager at this store are wonderful! When I had an issue with my phone order they were very accommodating and helped to make the situation right. They made sure I was well taken care of. By far my best customer service experience with ATT to date
