Salida Auto Repair

This is my go to auto mechanic. Greg is the owner and a great man. He has a great sense of humor and he and his guys do very good quality work. I have never been sold a service I didn't need from these guys and they exceeded my expectations. My car feels brand new every time I leave it with them for a repair. They are helping me restore my vehicles and they have done various repairs and without them I would have never made it this far. It's always a great feeling picking up your vehicle from these guys because you know it's better than what it was. I hope your employees stay with you always because they have never wronged me and you have a fair and honest shop. Anything I'll ever need to get done on my vehicles I'll always go here. Thanks for all the quality repairs and hard work you guys provide!

By far the best auto repair shop I have ever been to! Greg and his crew really took car of my wife and I! I have a 2007 vehicle that was in an accident and hadn't been operated for a few years. I was planning a trip to Colorado and was worried about being overcharged in repair costs, but with Greg he reassured that I was in good hands. So here i am. Greg i made it and it's all thanks to you and your team!!!

Had a problem with my brake pads, can hear them rubbing and I had to wait longer until my next paycheck to get them fixed. That meant I have less time to wait for my car but Greg and his guys hooked me up right away and got me back on the road by the end of the following day.

Salida Auto Repair is the BEST! Highly Recommend this place. If i could give more than 5 stars I would! Taking your car to a mechanic is always an activity that leaves you with a bit of anxiety. With Greg at Salida Auto Repair, I NEVER have to worry. He is always helpful, understanding, nice, quick, and most importantly...honest. I am able to drop my car off, without concern, knowing that Greg will take care of what needs to be done without hesitation. I have had to drop the car off before the shop opens, and Greg is able to fix my car, and take payment over the phone. great local shop (even if i lived in Berkeley, i would still make the drive to Salida Auto Repair). GREG IS A MAD MAN! I own an HVAC business and need to get my vehicles in and out of there in a timely manner. Greg and his team are always super efficient at getting it done without me even asking WITH a garage full of cars. Price is always competitive and always performs a 5 star service every time.

Best service you'll get in the Modesto Salida area. I've been counting on Greg for any auto repairs since 2008 and 4 cars ago maybe even before. Can't think of a better way to say if you're looking for a place to get your car fixed you have found it.

If you're not going here, you're at the wrong mechanic. This entire shop is full of wonderful people that are eager to help you. THEY HAVE NEVER taken me for advantage or steered (pun intended) me in the wrong direction. I take all of my vehicles here and even have a warranty for my car that I refuse to use because of the service I receive at Salida Auto Repair.

Awesome work by Gregory and the crew here!! I was on vacation in California, my car broke down, the alternator had to be replaced it was Saturday afternoon and they were closing in a few hours. They went out of their way to get it repaired and I was back on the road in a few hours!! Great job , thanks!!!👍
