NAPA Auto Parts

I love Napa auto parts especially Alex,David and Patric! They are always so helpful and knowledgeable I use them personally never had an issue! My company used them and same thing no issues always good prices and quality they really do stand behind what they sell!

Winchester Auto got bought by NAPA. I was looking and looking cause the map said it was 50ft from Winchester. Then I went in and asked. Lol! I love this auto parts store. They have a lot of things on hand the others don't and if they have to order it, it arrives just as fast as the other places. But the biggest thing for me is, they are friendly! I mean I've been treated pretty poorly at the chains stores in town. They have never talked down to me or rushed me out (I like to look at car stuff I wish I could buy). It's refreshing, if you happen to be a woman, and still get good customer service at an auto parts store.

Great store, the staff is always helpful and friendly. Orders arrive quickly, I've never had an issue getting what I need.

The guys here were super helpful. I needed 2 different batteries and they had them both in stock.

I had a broken Hilti concrete saw and needed a belt asap. Any buy it local so I headed to the parts store to try and locate the belt. I did find it but it took quite a bit of time. The employee that helped me was great. Some Tom’s of time helping me to find the right part and was knowledgeable. A rare find! If you need parts go to Napa in Aptos! They wouldn’t let you down.

The go to retailer for auto body supplies including custom color matching and hard to find two part clear coat products. As well as the tools to get the job done right.

Good shop, has the things we need and can order what they don't. Long term local shop, just became a Napa.

I love this place. Winchester Auto name but it's NAPA auto parts.

I don’t know if it’s new hires or new management but I went in for the first time since the changeover to NAPA for the first time yesterday and was completely unimpressed.

I brought in a very simple brake line adapter and just needed to find one with the threads reversed. The guy at the counter didn’t greet me or say hello and looked like he was about to fall asleep, I told him what I needed and before I could even tell him the thread size he unenthusiastically told me “we’re going to have to special order those” in a way that was basically like “get out of here” to my ears. I’d be really surprised if you didn’t carry brake line adapters. Most NAPA’s do.

When you check inventory at the store near you and it says in stock, it's lying. They told me an item was in stock and after I order I just get a confirmation and then nothing so I call the store and they say it's not in stock. Their website also glitched out after It took my CC# and I had to re order the item hoping I didn't get charged twice. Napa is the worst autoparts store period.
