I have been extremely happy with Michael and the rest of his office. I’ve had auto insurance with them since I started driving, and also renters insurance and home owners insurance. They have been quick, responsive, and extremely helpful. I had some trouble with an auto claim, and as soon as I texted Michael he was able to help me and get me an answer as soon as he could. I highly recommend him and his office!

Not only have I got a good competitive rate, but also I ended up adding my business insurance. Having a professional agent like Angela will make things extremely easy. Seriously, all it took me was one phone call, smooth transition and I was made aware of all my options, was offered to pay the whole premium or make payments. My personal experiences working with Michael have been great. I have home owners and motorcycle insurance with State Farm and in the past year I needed help filing a homeowners insurance claim. I've had State Farm insurance for over a decade now. Great rates by great people. Recently I had lost my auto insurance cab-card and needed a copy of my life insurance policy. Melissa Alves answered the phone quickly and went the extra mile to make sure I had an email copy of both while I waited for the official documents to ship from their headquarters.
