I have been a client of State Farm for the past several years. During that time, I have always had the same agent, Loren Paulson. Mr. Paulson and his staff have always been helpful, accommodating, and most importantly, readily available to assist with any and every issue that has arisen with me, my vehicles as well as my policy.

Since the day I walked into this office years ago, I have been treated with open arms, great smiles, and a professionalism that is rare these days. Loren Poulson is a great agent with a lot of experience in his profession. He always has the answers to my questions and him and his amazing team have always went out of their way to assist me in any way they can. I highly recommend Loren for any of your insurance needs.

I have been dealing with loren and his team in ceres for a VERY long time with the absolute BEST customer service ive had with any of my other bills/accounts. Lorens team has always been available to deal with all my questions and needs with quick reliable responses in a very timely fashion. Adding my teenager and new car purchases was a breeze. Normaly id never waste my time doing a review but there actions and fantastic customer service has warranted me spreading the no hassle/problems relationship theyve built with me over the years. Also cassy is the best to deal with all my insurance needs so loren should take his team out for a nice lunch cause they deserve it !!!

I might pay a little more but I'm very satisfied with State Farm they mean what they say and say what they mean you always have a human you can talk to and that right there is worth my time and money not changing anytime soon although I fired three previous insurances because they weren't being upfront with me and all are working on a commission and they scam anyway they can I did my homework with a lot of research and I believe State Farm is one of the top companies to go with it was my first insurance carrier at age 16 and now I'm 65 and wished I would have kept them all along

Needed a form showing auto insurance coverage on a car I no longer drive. They responded in a very timely manner,resolved my request,and all is well.
