Concentra Urgent Care

I came to Concentra for a DOT Medical exam. It was a bit urgent because my old one had elapsed. I arrived anticipating a long wait. They helped a lot by taking my number and calling me when I was 15 minutes out. I was able to run errands for a half hour until they called. Much sooner than I thought. My physical was quick and easy. They were very nice and efficient. It was actually fun interacting with the staff and doctor.
I'm very grateful for the great service.

The experience I had was pretty straight forward. Walked in, filled out my required documents, supplied my identification, waited like everyone else and that was coupled with excellent staff efficiency facilitating the procedure for being seen promptly and handling my business smoothly. Thank you.

From the time I entered the building, I was treated with respect and provided with information on exactly what to expect and (other than it taking several hours) the conclusion I attended for was reached. The Physicians Assistant was excellent. She showed interest in me as a person (within the context of the visit) and also offered professional advice as well getting the job done!

The service was fast and friendly. The front desk crew have a well oiled machine, but mostly they were friendly and professional.

I went to Concentra to get my DMV commercial driver's license physical, and everyone is super friendly and nice. They don't do appointments, but I was in and out in about 1 1/2 hours. They filled out all the forms for DMV. I would definitely return when I need another physical.

Everyone was very nice and kind. Got in and got out fairly quickly, very clean as well!

Great service didn't have to wait too long.

The staff was very nice. It wasn’t very busy for a walk in clinic and I was able to get in and out for a drug screen and TB test for work without a problem. When I went back in to have my TB test read I was in and out in 10 minutes

For pre-employment drug testing this place is awesome. All the staff are friendly and welcoming.

When I arrived I scanned the room and the office was quite clean and the young lady at the front window was friendly and kind and made me feel quite welcome. I didn’t have to wait long and the gal that drew my blood was pretty awesome!

A nice clean office with friendly efficient staff. I went in for a pre employment drug test and by the time I was done filling out paperwork they were ready for me. Carrie administered my drug test and was professional, friendly, and helpful in answering questions.

Staff was nice & the process was painless. Some places can make taking drug screens stressful…. Also the process was quick & fast
