Tanica is the Mortgage Lender and is so positive, helpful, and knowledgeable! This was our first home buy and she made it so easy. Tannica explained all of our options and never pressured us to spend outside of our means. Will be using Platte Valley for all future needs!

This is the best bank I've ever dealt with they actually still believe in customer service and they are amazingly friendly I needed a debit card in texas and I had it in my hand the next day even after I told them it wasn't a rush to get it to me

Seems like a good bank my only problem is the loan officer is very arrogant and loves to sit there saying you caught me in a good mood that why I'm approving this and if you ask questions he'll answer and than say it's not his job too. Dealing with that sob make my blood boil.

Not very helpful

They refuse to give me a bank card ,and it's been 2 weeks. Initially, they said it would take 5 to 7 days. It's been two weeks. now they lied they said due to cash app .I don't have an cash app go to a different bank. my 2 friend told me to open an account.go to anoth they said its going to take 30 days for the card that will not work for me

My card was stolen at 9 at night I called the number they have on their site for lost and stolen cards and was on hold an hour with no answer. I could of easily just watched my money come out my account and can't do any thing about it cause I can't get them to cancel my debit card. Cause their supposedly stolen card number don't even work.

They can't keep theyre hours straight and they arent professional and honestly I dont Recommend doing business with them...
