The person working the counter today was super rude and grabbed my ID from my hand then wouldn't give it back. I'm 46 and clearly old enough to buy anything in the store including tobacco. She then told me it was the law to give her my ID so she could hold it. Will not be using this store in the future even though it's on a neighborhood I frequent.

I literally visit this gas station at least one time per day. I will go out of my way to come to this gas station. Not anymore. I have never experienced worse customer service than I have in the past week, in this store, by your cashier Bernice. Every time I come in, it is literally the biggest inconvenience to her to first, open her mouth and greet the customer, but then to have to ring something up, it's like I asked her to perform heart surgery. Today I just had it. Took her a solid 2 minutes to even acknowledge me at the counter when there was no one else in line. Then she muttered to me to move down to the other register. Then she decided she was going to complain to me about having to, gasp!, Work. If I walk in the store and see this chick Bernice, I'm turning around and walking back out.

Worse customer service ever experienced was tonight 10/09 at 8:10 p.m. sorry for inconvenience of being a customer. If cashier was on my payroll wouldn't be any longer. She accomplished one thing even tho more expensive kum an go gained new customer.

Used to be our go to gas station. But some of these new cashiers need to find a new career field that isn't customer service. No one should have to wait 10 minutes to get checked out while the cashier finishes their text conversation, or has a conversation with someone not even buying anything. This is a very regular thing here now so we just go to the shell.

My daughter got a teriyaki bowl from here last night and got very sick. Would not recommend getting their food that is premade.

This gas station has gone down hill fast in the last few months. Used to go there every day but now they always run out of supplies, mainly coffee products. To top it off the cashiers are usually rude.

Horrible customer service, good luck if your a mobile coupon customer.
