Rally House King of Prussia

I come to Ralley House KOP every year and I was blown away this year. Specifically at the amazing customer service on the floor and at checkout! Sincere and Mahogany helped me find everything I was looking for and even went out of their way to call Collegeville to inquire about an item for me! I cannot wait to be back next year and I wish Sincere and Majogany all the best!

Kop is the BEST store! I wanted a hoodie, I called the store and spoke with “T” she is amazing. Most people would have said no sorry we don’t have it and never looked. BUT NOT “T” SHE LOOKED ALL AROUND THE STORE FOR ME, AND FOUND IT!

We looked everywhere for a Joe Burrow jersey. Finally came here and found one jersey left and it was the right size!! The guys were very friendly and very helpful. We will definitely be back. Couldn't pass up the matching socks while we were there. Thanks.

Really great experience and great shoes.

At first I was a little thrown off by the process to get you in the "right shoe", but decided to give it a shot since I have some back related issues.

Went through the process, and the sales guy brought me out a few suggestions based off my walking/running style and a 3d scan of my feet.

All of them were surprisingly very comfortable, picked the pair I liked the most and have been really happy with them.

I will definitely be returning here for shoes in the future. A little extra work and time was definitely worth it.

What started as a disaster quickly turned into a happy ending!

A security tag was left on a purchase I made & when I made the return after xmas I was met by a store associate, Regional Manager & the COO in quick succession. The tag was removed, an incentive was provided & I left with a good experience & story to tell. King of Prussia, PA. store.

Well Stocked and Very Nice. Clothing and Apparel all have great Logos. And the Deals given are Amazing. I feel inspired the way the clothing and everything is designed. Employees are very helpful and provide Great Customer Service!

Got help as needed and they have more than enough local sports clothes, jerseys and other merch. Great store. Better than Dick’s Sporting Goods

What a selection of Philly sports team merchandise. If you cannot find something in this store, than something is wrong with you. I am always shopping at this location every time I get to this area. Great selection and a friendly staff.

I'm new to the area and finding a jersey in my size was pretty difficult. But a co-worker told me about this store and within a week I bought four jerseys and two caps. I think I like this place☺
