What a wonderful team of medical professionals who above and beyond to explain the medications, conditions, making assessments by taking their time. The medical assistants are always courteous and kind. This is so important to have in your medical visits to keep yourself coming back to get wellness checkups or a accurate diagnosis.

I’ve been a patient at this specific practice for two years. The front staff is always courteous and I’m seen right on time. Dr. Takehara is polite, thorough and personable. This location is conveniently located near other locations should you need additional screening or imaging services.

The best care of any hospital I've ever known. Everyone here is more than a five star... they are caring, knowledgeable, sweet, alert, personable, medical professionals. I am grateful to have them take care of my brother, no matter what the outcome may be, I know he got the absolute best care.

This hospital has no problem stealing your money. It's guaranteed if you go to the er there's about 3 unneeded test they will run and charge you for.

Worst location I've ever been to. I went in for my daughter because she was very sick and the doctor flat out told us that my explanation of what was happening to my daughter was too long and if I could hurry it up. She literally hand gestured to speed up what I was telling her. Don't ever take your children here. They do not care.

Dr. Vincent Chuang, MD was the doctor we saw. The tech informed us that he wasn't there at that point (30 minutes into our appointment) but should show up to work soon, he hoped. When he did arrive, he didn't apologize for keeping us waiting. Did nothing to help put is at ease. He couldn't have seemed as though he cared less. Talking to the monitor the entire time, didn't even introduce himself. When discussing possible depression he had the audacity to say, what do you want me to do about it? The entire appointment felt as though we were imposing. If you want a highly awkward and impersonal medical experience where you want me to see or heard this is ideal. However if you want to be treated like a human being, perhaps skip Dr. Vincent Chuang.

I am an old woman in a wheel chair and I often got there to eat and sit in the healing gardens and from the top of the garage I take pictures of the sunset and sunrise. For the past 20 years. Recently I have been hassled by security telling me that it is a federal offence to take pictues from the property? Even on the sidewalk adjacent to the property?

Made me wait 3 months for an appointment could not make an exception for being 10 mins late. Horrible customer service.

This is the worst place to take your children. Your honestly better off leaving the family dog to take care of them. The staff is rude and so uneducated
