Mountain Physical Therapy and Fitness Center

I started physical therapy in January and ended in mid May. Thanks to Kirby and Greg I went from only being able to do 5 hip thrusts until I was in serious pain and now I can workout freely. We figured out what was wrong, how to fix it and they’ve taught me how to continue strengthening on my own. Mireille was such a blessing with helping me get in! She got me into their system with 24 hours of receiving my referral. Kirby helped me understand a lot about women’s bodies after childbirth & I’m so thankful for the peace of mind she gave me. Greg helped me find my motivation again and was always helping me to reach further! Kelsi at the front desk is just amazing. I adore her friendly & “on top of it” personality. She’d have me checked in as soon as she saw my truck pull in! I love everyone there! Thank you all!!!

The staff at Mountain Physical Therapy helped me work through some physical issues. They were very encouraging, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about my health and wellbeing. The equipment and the facility is very well maintained. I would high recommend Mountain Physical Therapy and Fitness.

Garret was fabulous…kind, supportive, and informative. Kirby was great also. Between their direct treatment and assigned exercises my shoulder pain resolved and range of motion increased to match my other shoulder. I’m very appreciative of their effective treatment.

The great folks at mountain physical therapy are extremely knowledgeable with what it is they're doing they explain the treatment to you in terms that you can understand with what's going on and they definitely know what they're talking about and the treatment is very very good I would recommend mountain physical therapy to everybody who is considering physical therapy

Kelsey is the friendly smile and “hi” that greets you at the clean and well-equipped Mountain PT facility. Kirby and Garrett are both very competent therapists — very comfortable to work with while they are attentive and helpful to assist me in accomplishing my goals! Having the pool is a huge asset for a therapy facility. I highly recommend Mountain Physical Therapy!

When I needed a second go-round for my double hip replacements, I chose MPT a second time! Greg and Garrett do an excellent job targeting, inspiring, encouraging and analysing my therapy needs.

Love the aqua therapy and the relaxed atmosphere, my PT always takes the time to listen to me and share new ideas regarding different stretches that will help promote the healing of my body.
