Erin at LaSalle Lighting has THE BEST customer service I've ever dealt with. She was patient, let me take my time, helped me weed through the thousands of lighting choices available and this was all before I spent a dime there! Her design expertise is excellent. She is so very knowledgeable and helpful! Also, the prices were very competitive, summer even lower than I could find on Amazon or other online shopping. HIGHLY recommend Erin for all your lighting needs!!

This is a review about how good these folks have been AFTER THE CHECK CLEARED! Yes, we found Felicia and Erin to be EXTREMELY helpful as we made several lighting selections for our home, but it has been their follow-up on one especially temperamental ceiling fan that has made them stand-out to us. Thank you for your patience, follow-up and professionalism to help us solve the problem! You have earned us as customers for life (and a great source of free advertising!). The staff at LaSalle are very knowledgeable regarding the plethora of available products and have access to a very broad product line. Erin especially helped us find the lighting and fans that went well together and suggested appropriate sizes, colors and installation heights.

Outstanding selection and the staff is super nice and helpful. We purchased all our lighting from them for our new construction.
