Jessica Chen is superb! She demonstrates excellent bedside manner and delivers with an intelligence and understanding that sets the patient at ease. She brings out the very best in the patient and helps the patient to understand the issue(s). The support staff at the clinic is also superb and each goes out of her way to make the physician visit go smoothly and effectively. I'm most appreciative of Jessica and the others. I don't look forward to necessary visits to a doctor's office, but to visit these medical professionals is very much worth the visit for the sake of maintaining good health. THANK YOU EVERY ONE!

I have been a patient of Saint Mary's Medical Group for many years. Recently, my Primary Care Nurse Practitioner left the practice, and I was required to get a new one. I realized that I didn't need to drive all the way to the Northwest Reno facility and could choose a facility closer to my work: In this case, the South Virginia office. Could choose whichever practitioner I wanted, and luckily I chose Dr. Baldo. She is personable, caring, a good listener and I liked her immediately. She seemed to have great insight into my condition which is really not that bad for a 75 year old woman, and answered my questions clearly and concisely. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new doctor.

Dr Baldo is always on time. In 13 years I have never had to wait for more than 5 minutes. Her staff goes above and beyond any time you have issues with insurance through pharmacies. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Calvanese is a great doctor! I highly recommend her practice! I have always been seen in a timely manner, she focuses on getting her patients better. Since I have been in her care my overall health has gotten so much better I am no longer a pre diabetic and I am no longer a cardiac risk.

As always when I go to see Kristine the group of people there that work with her A r e wonderful.They take care of you and answer your questions I Enjoy going to see her. She is a great person and a good friend.

Dr Baldo thoughfully took time to listen to all my questions and also asked some questions of her own, to see if there were issues I might have overlooked. Her explanations were simple and to the point. It is rare to find a physician that is that patient and caring!

I came in to a scheduled appointment. I was quite ill. She advised me what to do. My husband arrived after he saw I was driving in the wrong direction repeatedly on Life360 tracking app. I was unable to drive home. Christine accessed my problem and advised me what to do.

My Primary Care Physician, Kristina Gonzales, NP is an exceptionally knowledgeable and dedicated to provide her patients individual and unique needs. She is “present” and listens with her heart as well as with her trained and exceptional mind. She is the best PCP in Reno.

Dr. Natalia Baldo is an exceptionally good physician. She takes the time to actually listen to what I have to say. She is very knowledgeable in her field and takes the necessary time to explain to me about my treatment. She is never dismissive. She is always kind. I appreciate having her on my treatment team.

For the first time in many, many years I am in the care of a doctor who is so thorough that I know she cares about me. She takes the time to listen and explain. In my 81 years, Dr. Calvanese is, by far, the best doctor I have ever had.
