Sarah was amazing and so helpful when I couldn’t find a receipt in my email for an exchange! She called to find my order number so I could make the exchange. So kind and patient! 10/10 service

I took in a pair of my absolutely favorite Madewell jeans KOP to see if they could repair the rips on the part were my thighs rub together and they were able to do it and I had my jeans back to me in less than a week 🙏🏽 The staff was friendly and helpful.

Madewell continues to go above and beyond with their customer service. I placed an order about 2-3 weeks ago and wasn't giving the option for rushed shipping due to a sale/promotion going on. I contacted customer service on the website and they were able to cancel my original order and replace it with rushed shipping. I got the package in time for a trip I was going on. Unfortunately, a few pairs of jeans didn't fit (too big, my own fault) and I went to return them to my nearest Madewell, which happens to be at KOP. While there I made a few new purchases, including a bandana. In the rush of putting my purchases in a bag, the bandana was mistakenly left out. When I noticed the next day, I went to call the store but noticed I already had an email notifying me of the issue. The reps from the store were so easy to work with and just shipped the bandana to me. I will always continue shopping at KOP Madewell!
