Chofita’s Food truck

I am personally from TX & I'm very picky with Hispanic food. My boyfriend and I decided to try the food here as a last minute decision with our toddler. I'm happy to say we're definitely coming back for more & this is the first time ever my little one decided to eat outside of our home. Definitely would recommend over any other hispanic authentic restaurant!

Man, where do I start about our experience at Chofita's food truck? Let me tell you, my wife had her first encounter with real tacos here, and man, she fell head over heels. Not even kidding. Love at first bite, you could say.

We decided to dive right in and ordered a bit of everything. Tripe tacos, barbacoa quesadillas, and carne asada quesadillas - and every single one of them was a home run. The flavors were just popping, and the taste? I'm practically drooling just thinking about it now.

We washed down our feast with good old glass-bottled Fantas. Nothing like a cold, fizzy drink to complement the savory goodness, right?

Now, don't get me started on the desserts. We indulged ourselves in the tres leches and flan. Each was a perfect sweet ending to our meal, just like the cherry on top of a perfect Thursday evening.

What struck me about this food truck was not just the killer food, but also how clean they kept the place. I mean, they even had a little corner for washing hands. That's some attention to detail right there. The decor was a nice touch too, making the whole experience just feel comfortable and homely.

All in all, it was an epic evening chowing down and just enjoying the vibes at Chofita's. If you haven't already, you gotta check this place out!

After skimming through a few not-so-great reviews, it seems like some people might not fully get it, but let me set the record straight – Chofita's Mexican food truck in NOVA is top-notch! The owner makes you feel like part of the family, and their flavors are genuinely unique and tasty. The team works super hard, treating you even better than Chick-fil-A. Treat yourself to some seriously delicious food – you won't be disappointed!

These friendly folks have 15 kinds of tacos! The asada, pollo, and carnitas tacos were great! I will not be having the tripa, lengua, or cabeza, but that leaves nine more new tacos to try on our next visit. Or maybe something from the quesadilla or torta menu? So many choices!

I have not gotten a chance to taste everything but let me tell you about the tacos lengua and that coconut drink. Man man I feel like I have died and gone to heaven. These are the best tacos I've ever had for real. I'm from down south and there was a food truck that I used to go to that I thought would never compare but this one basically has taken the cake. Unfortunately I live in West Virginia but every time I come to Virginia I come to visit this truck for these items. Today is my birthday and I didn't want any other thing to eat but these tacos lol. Thanks Chofita for the best birthday meal and or any day :)

I can't stop coming back! Everything here is delicious. The way the truck is set up is really lovely with the turf ground, umbrellas and seating.

I typically get the El Pastor, Chorizo, and Pollo tacos. The torta is incredible with everything on it, plus the picked jalapenos. The Horchata is also very yummy and well seasoned. I want to keep trying their home made juices as well, mango and the red fruit were delicious.

The people working there are always friendly and courteous. I even started walking here with my dog and neighbor for lunch.

The only downside is all the construction happening on Grant Ave. right now. So be mindful of pedestrians and cars.

My wife and I have been coming here often after moving to the area and a weekend driving around trying out different trucks. We have yet to have a bad experience here and have locked it in as our go-to for tacos and quesadillas.The food here is superb, I've tried a little under half the menu now and would recommend any of it. The signature sauces and the refreshing garnish really just stand out to me as memorable flair built upon well executed fundamentals. It feels almost like a victory lap. Service has always been welcoming and efficient, I would be very surprised if you were to tell me there's a better taco truck in town.

This restaurant has amazing authentic Mexican food.
From the same owners of the food truck on the same chopping center. However they offer different options than the menu at the food truck.
Sundays they have an all you can eat Buffett. I highly recommend it! Make sure to try their hand made mole!

I'm currently working on the construction site next door and look forward to lunch everyday with this food truck being so close. The food is delicious. While your waiting for your order, they give you a sample of one of the fresh drinks they make daily.

Hands down best mangonadas in the area. Discovered this place by accident and have eaten there several times since. We live near DC, so it's a bit of a drive, but when we crave their chicken milanesa tortas (totally it's own, amazing thing), the lengua tacos, and of course the mangonadas, it's worth the drive. Our kids love the quesadillas and always exclaim it's the best thing they ever ate. On top of the delicious food, we just love the abuela who is always passing out free fruit samples to our kiddos and the lively atmosphere. Come on a weekend and it's a total vibe.

I tried their Cuban torta and the chorizo, pastor and steak tacos. It was all really good and let me just say that the cuban torta is massive. I’ll definitely go back to try other items. Check it out.

This place is absolutely wonderfully mouthwateringly fantastic! I come from TX and we know street tacos. These are authentic, delicious & will have you coming back again & again! You will not go wrong. Pop a squat at a table, await & feast right there ❤

Yum! I had steak tacos that were awesome! The staff went out of their way explaining what some of the different things were they offer. They gave me two juice samples and a free full size kiwi-lime juice. I'll definitely go back!

The best Mexican food Truck and restaurant in the area, La Chofita hands down beats their competitors with class A Food that others can’t match. I used to eat at other food trucks before here but never turned back after having La Chofita’s food. They have a wide arrange of foods from Tacos, Quesadillas, Tortas, flavorful smoothies, different waters and the list goes on! My first time eating here, and it completely exceeded my expectations! I ordered steak tacos and they were absolutely delicious. Tender meat, marinated and so flavorful. I'm passionate about authentic Mexican food and so far, this is the best in Manassas. The service was fantastic, and I can tell these lovely people work so hard at what they do.
