Both Will and Bryce were awesome. 3 electrical installations and they really did a fantastic job. Both very professional and truly exceeded all my expectations. Really appreciated the care they took with my home and cleanup throughout the project.

Then, David Leimer delivered another 2 days of awesome plumbing services. David was thoroughly professional and informative and walked me through all the items of concern that he discovered when doing a check of the house water pressure and the hot water heater expansion tank. My house, and especially the front hose bib replacement, gave David a real run for his money but he delivered on everything all the while taking great care of my property. David truly exceeded my expectations and delivered a first class homeowner plumbing repair experience.

Beacon provided me excellent service with a new breaker box, and some other wiring in my house. I believe their pricing was fair and reasonable. Amazing work by Maurice and Devin with an incredible amount of attention to detail. In fact, after they left I noticed the screws on all outlets lined up perfectly…something most won’t think about, but just a small example of the rest of their quality work. They also answered all of my questions, and I had a lot of them. Thanks guys!

Beacon Home Services is outstanding. Kevin reviewed the problem, provided me with a detailed explanation of what needed to be done and did the work. He is an extraordinary young man. Polite, thoughtful, considerate and very patient. He answered all my questions and kept me calm through the process -- not an easy task. He is an outstanding electrician. He made the job look so easy but that is due to his experience and knowledge. In the future, if I need any electrical work I will definitely call Beacon and Kevin will be doing the work. I would also like to give a shout out to Josh, the tech who assisted Kevin. A very nice young man -- polite and respectful. Also very knowledgeable about the tasks that needed to be accomplished. Kevin and Josh made a great team and worked seamlessly to accomplish the project. Amy coordinated the work and my thanks to her for her ability to make things happen in a very short period of time. Recently used Beacon Home Services to install a level 2 external EV charger. I'm very satisfied with the level of service and professionalism from this company. I had to reschedule a few times due to inclement weather and my work schedule. The dispatcher Rebecca and Amy were always helpful. Seth the electrician who came out was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. I would use them again for future projects or service requirements.

This was the first time using Beacon Home Services. They were excellent. From scheduling with Rebecca to the completion of resolving my electrical issue, everything went well. Will and Bryce were great. They went over my options and helped me make an informed decision. I was charged a fair price. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Awesome electricians. Shawn went beyond expectations. He went to Home Depot and got a new light fixture for my kitchen. He began the process of installing my ceiling light in my dining room. The ceiling light was defective. The second electrician came out and installed the ceiling light. He was very cordial and on time. The ceiling light is beautiful!!! Job well done.

I noticed a sewer gas smell in downstairs bathroom tub and called a different company to come check to be sure the tub drain trap was functioning. There is no access panel for the tub so checking it requires going into the crawl space under the house. I had 2 different plumbers out that weren’t able to diagnose or resolve the problem. I was referred to Beacon Home Services and they sent David who thoroughly checked all the crawl space plumbing and was able to figure out the cause of the sewer gas smell. He also found several other serious issues with previous owners DIY plumbing. David carefully explained the multiple problems, even drew me diagrams of how drains weren’t properly connected. He gave me a fair estimate and spent most of 3 days repairing/replacing drain systems in my crawl space, creating new stable tie-in to main sewer line, installing a new water shut off valve in a more accessible location, and took care of other issues. David made sure I understood what he was doing throughout the project. He kept on working beyond normal work hours the final day to ensure trash was removed and the work site cleaned up. This was a pretty major project and tough work conditions. Amy made sure to confirm the schedule and provide timely notifications of when David would arrive on site. Overall a great job on a difficult project.
Second Review: had new issue with hot water heater and John did a fantastic job fixing it at a fair price.

I am super pleased with my experience today with Beacon Services. Amy and Mack were great and able to address my plumbing needs with courtesy and efficiency. Mack explained my disposal issues to me, replaced my unit and even filled out my warrenty for me. I would give him more than 5 stars if possible.

Beacon Home Services earns 5 stars from me. Mr. Friday is a very experienced and knowledgeable electrician who did a wonderful job, completing the work expertly and quickly. He’s also personable and took the time to answer all my questions. I will request him every time! The service was top notch and very prompt, and the office communication system is well-organized and courteous. Rebecca, usually the first voice on the phone, with her sunny personality and friendly manner, is a treasure. The entire experience was very positive. I couldn’t be happier!

Overall great experience and they came same day, literally within a couple of hours! Special thanks to Shawn. He did everything properly and gave great advice. I ended up having extra work done on new light fixture. He worked clean and was very efficient and polite to and midful of my wife nursing a newborn. Will absolutely hire again. Again, Shaw is the man!

We were very satisfied with the service we received from Beacon. Michelle and Craig were very thoughtful and super quick. The job was done with great care and they cleaned every speck of dust they had create! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Beacon for its outstanding customer service experience. My first contact was with dispatcher who set up the first appointment ; we had to reschedule on a Tuesday and was given a first call the next day. The plumber arrived as promised it was very good communications with the support staff. I do appreciate the attention to detail, Mack is an excellent professional he was able to assess my situation and was able to resolve the issues quickly and efficiently. Mack must be one of the best plumbers in the DMV. He was confident and knowledgeable about our problems concerning our plumbing. Mack possesses excellent interpersonal skills which is very important for customers who are looking for assistance in repairing an older home. Thank you

Beacon is out go-to for all of our electrical needs. They always get it right the first time and the office staff and technicians are so nice!
December 2023: Once again Beacon did a great job. Amy always keeps us up to date of scheduling and when we can expect a service person. This time, it was David, our go-to person for all things plumbing. He fixed a leaky toilet and ran the pipes and installed a new faucet in the tool room/green house.

Used Beacon for some electrical issues. Michelle and Chris were great to work with. They kept me informed every step of the way. Once Chris arrived he explained everything that he would be doing. I would highly recommend Beacon to anyone needing home services

Beacon Home Services recently sent Shawn Ansari to do some additional electrical work in my home. He had previously installed an Autel Level II EV charger for us that continued to work perfectly. He again arrived in a timely way and was nothing short of spectacular in the job he did. He is more than thoughtful when the job is challenging and requires serious thought to get it accomplished. The work included why some of our outside outlets were dead. He determined the reason and promptly restored them to viable working order. Cleanup, after the fact, was excellent.

Amy and Kevin exemplified service, knowledge and experience. Amy’s customer service was excellent. She had us an appointment made same day and changed it for our convenience to the next morning working with our schedule! Kevin was on time, polite, knowledgeable and thorough!
