Holiday Inn Laramie, an IHG Hotel

We are on our way to Utah for work and stopped here for the night . I had 12 guys and 7 rooms staying and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The gentleman that checked us in was so organized. He had the cards ready for us when we arrived and checked us in quickly and efficiently. We got rooms all on the same floor which was amazing and the rooms were spotless. We also ate at the attached Perkins and the food was good and service was great. I also stopped into the bar for a drink and the bartender was so friendly and nice . Overall an amazing experience .

OK the best check in girl/lady last night the 9th. So sweet kind & absolutely 💯.
Room was great hard bed of course. My only problem was bathroom shower was lil molded & not 100% clean it was a bit smelly too. But otherwise it was great.

Very inexpensive and great quality. Was clean and well staffed. Our boys loved the pool and the gym facilities were well equipped. We would stay here again!

Kiki was amazing, so kind, caring, and accommodating at providing the perfect room for us. My husband had a stroke and the shower had handicap bars and a seat. The hotel is very dog friendly, we had our labradoodle dog and it felt like home. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the staff was amazing. Bravo to Kiki!

I generally don't write reviews, but I'll make the exception here as the front counter guy - Ben - is an asset to Holiday Inn. The man went above and beyond to make this IHG Gold member happy I'm an IHG member.

Lovely hotel! Clean, well taken care of, and wonderful staff. Beds were comfortable and loved the dove products, including the hand soap. Also loved the table with 2 chairs in the room. From an accessibility standpoint, the standard rooms do have high beds, this may be an issue for anyone under 5’. The corner behind the bathroom door looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in years, but otherwise the room was clean. We loved that Perkins was attached to the hotel. Best hotel in Laramie that we have been to. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

We were very happy with our stay. Was able to check in early, due to a wedding. All the people working the front desk were very helpful, and polite.

Honestly a lovely stay. The staff was absolutely incredible, so friendly and outward facing. One of the higher ups had their dog in the office, and let us say hi!

We asked if we could check in early, and also inquired if they had a room with two queens available (we had only been able to book a room with a single king sized bed), and they let us both switch and go in early with no extra charge! No guarantee that'll be available for everyone though!

The room was spotless. Didn't even smell like pool water! Shower was good, soap and amenities in the room were well stocked and sufficient for our 3 day stay.

Perkins, the connected restaurant, had good food and fair prices.

Only "complaint" (emphasising with quotes here) is that no breakfast is offered. They *do* have free coffee, hot chocolate, and cookies in the lobby, the last two of which we happily indulged in one late night. The chairs in the lobby were welcoming and comfortable, we even brought in takeout one night and we were given permission to eat in said lobby.

They also have a little bar, although I'm only 20 so I wasn't allowed in (that's totally fair), just mentioning it's there but I can't comment on that.

TLDR: Amazing staff, clean room, wonderful stay!

Clean, comfortable and a great staff that is eager to make sure you enjoy your stay. Use those drink coupons and go visit with Cheyenne in the lounge. She’s the greatest❤

The staff was delightful! Cheerful, friendly, and very helpful. Lovely coffee/breakfast station with a spacious lobby. Clean rooms and decent soundproofing. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We stayed in a suite so we could have a wall between us and our two kids (both under 3). The room was totally clean, the staff were friendly, the location was just a few minutes away from my in-laws, who we were seeing for Christmas. Really, I don't have anything to criticize here. Except for one small thing, I guess, the door between the suite bedroom and living room had panels that didn't block light, which was a little less than ideal as it meant my wife and I couldn't have a light on after the boys went to bed. But really that's a mild inconvenience at worst. Overall we had a great experience.

Ben, at the front desk, was very welcoming and professional!! He was the first front desk representative in our last three check ins from Texas, New Mexico and Colorado that actually acknowledged my IHG status. What a wonderful young man!

Great customer service. The guy at the front desk (Pete? I'm sorry! You were great! I just don't remember your name!) Gave me 7 star service (scale only goes to 5). Knowledgeable about what to do and where to go. Didn't steer me wrong!

We only stayed one night, but would definitely stay again if traveling through Wyoming. No complaints about anything. The room was very spacious and the beds were plush and comfortable. Perkins is connected to the hotel, and the hotel gave us vouchers for a free breakfast there. It was awesome having that choice. Thanks for a great stay Holiday Inn!!

I have never stayed somewhere with a more kind and helpful front desk staff. Doesn't matter the day or the time, they are so wonderful! I stayed here on a 2 week work trip. I was near the elevator so it was a little loud, but that is no ones fault. Comfy beds with a nice variety of pillows. The attached Perkins is handy, but I don't like eating there a ton, but there are a lot of other options in a walkable distance. Due to staffing or COVID or whatever at this point, the daily housekeeping is limited, but when I asked to have my room done over it was taken care of. I would stay here again.

The beds were great! I don't remember the last time I slept that much. Walk in shower was wonderful. This was an extremely clean, comfortable room. The employees were very friendly, just like in the south! Wyoming is a great state. I even like the snow and ice on the roads. It reminds me of home-Boise. I can say that because we are DRIVING to Florida. My husband likes the breakfast cookies. The coffee is good, also.

Arrived in Laramie for a few days. This hotel, definitely takes care of their guests.
We were checked in and up in our rooms within 15 minutes.
The bar they have set up in the hotel is a nice addition.
Shira in the bar made the experience so much better, and the quality of drinks was immaculate.
Will stay here for future trips up to Laramie

I wasn't surprised when there wasn't space for any small beds since the room I booked was meant for two people but could fit five. I didn't try the food, but I would expect it to be delicious! So definitely try to food on you're next stay. The room is a good size for a family of four. The carpets feel nice and I had no stains. The showers ran perfectly. The bathroom has complimentary soap, which was nice. The man at the front desk rolled his eyes at my dad when my dad asked for more k-cups. I don't recommend that guy as you're server.
