Has something many if not most hotels don't - comfortable beds. For a place at this price point, it really was great. Fresh paint, clean, and quiet. A/C unit was surprisingly quiet compared to many places. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only down side was that finding a staff member before 10:00 in the morning was tough

Locally-owned and operated business. The owners are great individuals. I was traveling for an extended period of time for work. I explained my situation to the owners and they were more than happy to accommodate my housing needs. The rooms are spacious, clean. Most of the rooms come with a microwave, a small coffee pot, and a refrigerator. My room had new vinyl flooring and a comfortable bed.

Don't let the old exterior of this place fool you. You'll get a top-notch experience here. That is, if you consider clean rooms, no disgusting stale smells in the rooms, comfortable beds, and no pests/ roaches/bedbugs top-notch. Those things are my top concerns when I travel. and this place meets those in spades. The hotel is pretty centrally located in Laramie. With that in mind, you don't have to go too far for food. You could also get Papa John's to deliver or pick up, which is a mile up the road.

This is a clean and friendly place to be w reasonable rates..the Mgr Dsnband his coworkers go above and beyond their job title to help out no matter the situation

Cozy hometown motel. Quick check in late in the evening. The rooms smell clean the water pressure in the shower was very nice. The heating and air conditioner works wonderful without any weird smells.
I did notice a few people outside smoking, but it’s better than the rooms smelling like cigarette smoke so it didn’t bother me. They accept pets and don’t have carpets in the room which I really like. It’s a nice motel for a quick overnight stay while traveling. There’s not much curb appeal, but it does have a nice homey feel as far as the rooms go. There is a small microwave and a fridge in the room along with an iron and decent Neutrogena toiletries. The remote control for the TV didn’t work, but it didn’t bother me as the TV has buttons on the side. I was able to park right outside of my room, which I liked for an easy unload and loading of my luggage and dog kennels.

It was pretty good for the price, the staff was friendly and the bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and didn't smell like smoke. It ended up costing 76 even though Google suggested it might be 53, I think the single bed rooms were all booked. Sink was a little wonky but worked fine and I didn't expect everything to be perfect at an inexpensive hotel. Would stay there again.

Great hotel! The rooms are huge and very clean. There is lots of room to store everything you need and more. The rooms have a mini fridge, coffee pot, and microwave. The beds are really comfortable. The heater and ac works amazing. The staff is some of the friendliest and helpful people I have ever dealt with. Prices are fair, and they are pet friendly! They even have a picnic table outside to enjoy the fresh air. The motel is conveniently located. Definitely our first choice of place to stay in Laramie.

Some rooms have to be remodeled and some are already done. We stayed in one of the older rooms but it was clean and the bed was comfy, the shower was hot and the heat/air was perfect. Staff is amazing. You can see how hard they work to make this a nice place to stay. I highly recommend this over the big box hotels.

I always enjoy staying here. Walking distance or short drive to asky the fun around Grande St. Although older, the rooms are comfy and clean. The crew are great to deal with. It is a great bang for the buck!

Very nice room. Beds were comfortable. The room was clean. It is an older hotel and some of the reviews made me nervous, but I would definitely stay here again. There is a fun little bar right across the street and a really good restaurant within walking distance.

I didn’t give 5 stars because it is the fanciest motel in Laramie. I gave it 5 stars for several reasons. One, the rooms are huge. We came here for work and have stayed over 2 months. We brought a lot of stuff. Probably more than we should lol. But there is plenty of space. We had 2 beds and room the set up a small kitchen area to prepare food. Instant Pot, blender and food storage. The rooms have 2 dressers and a large closet area. Two, the location is great, easy access to everything. Walking distance to downtown. The last reason for the five stars is the staff and the great group of people staying there. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about town. They keep the rooms clean! We met several people who were there for longer terms also. Great group of people! My husband changed shifts but was always able to sleep. This was a nice quiet place but very friendly and clean. I wouldn’t stay any other place. We had co workers move here from other motels when we told them about it. I highly recommend this place.

Friendly staff, clean room, pretty good breakfast. The usual (cereal, bagels, muffins) plus waffles and biscuits 'n' gravy. No tub, pretty roomy shower. There's a sign advising the use of a bath mat in the shower to avoid the slippery floor. Obey the sign! Overall, good stay.

When you first arrive don’t be fooled by the lack of curb appeal. This motel is truly a work in progress. When I entered the lobby it was bright, modern and clean. I believe I was checked in by one of the owners, Ashley. She made me feel welcome. My room was recently remodeled with a decor that rivaled the large name brand hotel which I had just stayed in, in Salt Lake City. It was spotless with quite a few amenities ( the only thing I might recommend would be a better cable TV selection). Overall this turned out to be a hidden gem which I would tell anyone heading to Laramie to try.

Great rooms, great rates, stellar customer service! I’ve been here a few times now and initially there was a problem getting through on the phone system. Ashley the manager promptly returned my phone call, apologized for the inconvenience and offered a discount for my trouble. I gladly came back and booked the room. Rooms are clean,remodeled and cozy. Brent the front desk guy was also super courteous and helpful with the check in process. Will always stop here when passing through Laramie and I recommend this place whenever I can, best stay in town. Thank you two, keep it up!!

Had an amazing experience. The woman, I think her name was Zoe, working front desk was so kind and accommodating! The hotel looks a little rough around the edges on the outside, but the inside was super cozy and clean. Definitely would stay here again for her customer service alone.

Never judge a book by its cover is the best way to describe this fine establishment. On the outside it is rather dated but on the inside it is all 21st century. We were able to book a room for a phenomenal rate and upon arrival were greeted by a friendly helpful host. We checked in to a new room with comfortable beds and a huge television. In the morning we we're greeted with fresh muffuns, yogurt, bananas, and granola bars. I would definitely recommend this place for its price, cleanliness, and great service.

The room is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Outside entrances to the rooms so no walking down hallways. Great location off the interstate yet not far from downtown.

I can't for the life of me understand why people would give this motel a bad review. This motel may not have the curb appeal of some others in town but it's a work in progress. Your not going to find more friendly helpful staff. The rooms are clean the area is very safe. All the staff are willing to go above and beyond the price is right. We've stayed here numerous times and have never had an issue if your not happy with your stay here you might want to review yourself

We are from Laramie but recently moved out of state and came back to visit friends and family. We decided to stay here and it was amazing! We got a renovated room and it was beautiful. They allowed our two dogs and the room was only $47. I loved the privacy that it allowed. The ONLY downside was how cold the room got BUT the heater worked amazingly! I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. Very friendly staff as well!

Very large, clean, nice rooms. The staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Close to the downtown area. We will definitely stay there again. Perk - it is affordable, too.
