The reason to go inside of a store is for the people. Phoenix and Zade are top-tier humans who were patient, personable, and professional. I was never in the store for longer than 15 minutes at a time as they helped me find the upgrade that made the best financial sense.

Phoenix was very helpful, efficient and answered all of my questions. She was training Orlando who was very kind as well. Both were easy to work with. We will be back!

Brayden was very helpful and set everything up seamlessly! He was patient and explained everything clearly. And welcomed us to stop in if we have any questions later. No high pressure sales either.

Abby was the third Verizon rep I talked to & she was by far the best communicator. She listened to my problems with my existing phone, she explained what was going on with it, she found options for me to replace it & she walked me through the process. I walked out with a new phone & tips on how to use it since it was different from my old phone. It was a very, very pleasant interaction & I highly recommend her.

Brayden T and Phoenix B were awesome! Got me set up quickly and helped consolidate my monthly bill, was able to bring it down more by actually looking into what I was paying for and using every month!

Usually, a visit to the Verizon store is an exercise in fruitility that ends with nothing being accomplished and the customer being frustrated and mad. Not so with this store. Abby and Phoenix could not have been more helpful. These two young ladies knew their business and went above and beyond normal procedures to make sure that our problems were corrected. Kudos, ladies!
