Just visited this morning to find a particular supplement, and the man working was so nice and helpful! I've been driving past often, and the store has been open, unlike in the past. Glad to see new management there. I've always liked GNC products.

Love GNC. Riley is always so helpful, professional, and full of great advice. It’s always a pleasure doing business with her.

Kyle has been a huge help lately. I've going there a lot since I'm back on the get healthy train and he always has great recommendations!! Super friendly and professional! This store has always been a great place.

The GNC in Laramie Wyoming is a well put together store, and workers are always engaging and helpful, especially the manager Austin.

I’ve always had very friendly service here, even when busy. Pretty good selection of everything and the prices are not too high.

Poor attitude “Karen”. I don’t know what the little gals name is but she needs to work behind the scene. Her customer service is the poorest I’ve ever seen. I didn’t need any help other than checking out. I simply asked how’s your day and her reply was I don’t need to deal with customers. Wow 😮. On line shopping from now on. Definitely not from GNC. 9/25 @ 11am. GNC is better off being closed than having an employee like that working for them.

Waited over 30 minutes no one showed up to open the doors. 3 people came and got impatient waiting for them to open. It would be nice if they put something on the door if they are going to open later. Update went later in today the girl that is in there is completely unprofessional. The other reviews are true about her. I just want to say I told her off like she probably needs to hear in her life. Update her name is Riley.

I am one of the delivery drivers that brings their products every week. She never opens the store on time, or she just randomly leaves. We tried to make a delivery today, and she is over an hour and a half late opening the store. I don't know how you can run a business like that.

The worst customer service experiences in my entire life, walked into no greetings just a dirty look from the girl behind the counter, we were about to checkout with more than $100 worth of products when she rudely interpreted us to tell us to put things back where they go, she than aggressively moved one product in the wrong spot to the right and blamed us when we never had touched that product, we put everything down and left, she than told us that we were never aloud back as we left. I had just walked in and was looking at buying some energy drinks and when we were looking at them in the back of the store this employee said “if you are going to move those you need to put them back where they go” and rudely pushed by us to move one of the containers. The ones that were in the wrong spot were in the wrong spot before we even got there. We put our stuff down and as we were leaving she yelled at us not to come back and followed us to our car to take pictures of us. This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever seen or experienced. Like I understand having a customer service job and having a bad day iv had the exact same thing but you can’t just freak out on random customers. If you can’t handle working at a customer service job you shouldn’t have one. Honesty it’s in gncs best interest to hire someone else to replace her. Until they do I would recommend going literally anywhere else in town to avoid being randomly yelled at.

The girl who opened on 7-12-22 was very rude and made it obvious that she doesn't want to help with my questions. She was very tense and did not make me feel comfortable in any way. She does not belong in customer service.

these guys are quite terrible; I do not think there’s any business in Laramie run as terribly as this one; they have no regard whatsoever for their customer base.

On 6-4-22 my son and visited this store the girl working was not so nice .went back the the store on 6-11-22 the same girl was working was very rude making rude remarks about us setting in the parking lot waiting on the store to open will never go back to this store
