This is an amazing store. Had a Sim card die on me and they took care of everything for me in a quick and professional manner. Would highly recommend this place for your cellular needs. the gentleman's name that helped me. Thank you Josh for your dedication to your work.

Compared to any Verizon store I've been to in the past this location provided the best service. Upon entering the store Josh greeted us and asked if there's was anything he could help with. Josh was very friendly and knowledgeable. Through Josh's actions he made the process of looking for a new phone less intimidating. We will definitely be in the future.

We went in to replace a broken phone under insurance. We had a great experience and Josh was very helpful and was able to replace my phone right away. He went above and beyond to help me back up all of my information before transferring phones. This location was so friendly and I highly recommend it!!

Greeting was instant, up off his chair and walking toward me. Asked how he could help. Listened intently. Went to the rear of the store to check on my phone. Was back instantly, answered several of my Questions, helped me pick out a case, recommended a screen saver.
Told me the cost if I ever needed to replace the screen saver. Placed the phone in the case deftly, slid the screen saver on, wiped the phone down. Explained 5G to 4G - rural to big city. He was excellent. Michael

I’m a former Marine and my standards and expectations of service are high. However, Josh was outstanding in every regard!!! He spent significant time helping me setup up my phone and was both patient and good natured in the process 👍🏼.

They were friendly and as helpful as possible! My IPhone 12 was having issues connecting to the cellular network. After leaving a different Verizon store, Kristi called tech support and did everything she could. She even helped develop the best deal once my phone figures out what it wants to do. Can't always fix technology; but you can be sure nice about it. This is our now go to location for Verizon solutions! Job well done!

Just spoke to Josh on the phone. He was very pleasant and superbly knowledgeable. Very willing to help me with my questions, and I did not feel pressured to come in or to make a purchase at all.

He seems to genuinely care about people, and that's what I appreciate from a store where the industry seems so ready to push the customer, all in attempts to 'seal a deal'.

Thank you Josh!!! Went in needing help with my mom's phone. She is not really tech savy and was having problems pushing the buttons and getting the phone to react. Josh slowed down the reaction times so she could use the phone without a problem. He took the time to explain various features and help her download some apps she was wanting as well. Again, thank you, for the awesome customer service and patience in fixing things so that my mom really can make full use of her new phone!👍💫🥳

Kristi, is always great to work with. She knows the products that I buy and suggests advice where it's needed. It's always a positive experience to deal with a person who is knowledgeable and just simply competent, especially when difficulties arise.

I even had some problems with my phone and she had me go in and one of her works Josh (I believe that was his name) was very helpful and.kinda got my phone working.....

I went in and instead of guessing, she verified information. I had a doctors appointment and left my phone behind and when I got back, everything was ready to go. She hooked me up with all the protective stuff as well.

I ended up having a phone emergency with my sons phone failing at 4:45 on a Friday night. I was able to catch Kristi before she left for the weekend by responding to a text she had sent not long ago following up on a prior purchase. Without hesitation she offered to meet me at the store with the replacement phone already pulled. By 5:30 I was back on my way with a new phone in hand. Impeccable service and the whole team is there and ready to help. Thanks for making what could have been a bad Friday a great experience

This cell phone store is great. Josh is great he helped solve the issues that I had with my phone. Would highly recommend.

I went in to Verizon to look at my options of telephones and through Joshua's help was able to choose a phone and get it all set up with my old phone information transferred with in 30 minutes. When I went before a few years ago, it took about two hours. Joshua was great. He knew my sister and I did not have a lot of time.

Josh was absolutley the best! He was kind, knowledgeable and best of all he recovered several of my missing music files. He deserves to be recognized as an exceptional employee! Your lucky to have him Verizon

The staff are very friendly and competent. We came with questions and left with a better, cheaper plan and new phones at half price. Wow!
