Atmosphere Mountainworks

I went in for an unusual request. I’m a severely disabled veteran and needed Velcro sewn on the back of some name tapes for my service dogs vest. They were super friendly and took care of what I needed immediately. I feel like they could have charged me three times what they did and it would have been reasonable. Pretty darn cool shop with local grown clothes and gear too.

Awesome!!! I needed a heavy duty speaker cover repaired, and Kayla did it quickly, perfectly, and very affordably. You can't go wrong here!

Wonderful brightly-colored backpacks, duffel/gear bags, messenger bags, fanny packs, bucket bags, and outdoors clothing made in-house as well as gear made by kuhl and other familiar brands.

Great long and short-sleeved tee-shirts plus hoodies and singlets with great art from the Laramie Mural Project. My fav so far is Walter the (cycling) Aspen!

Local outdoor store with a focus on climbing, cross country skiing, fishing, and disc golf. A lot of the stuff sold there is made there. Some of the equipment designs are descendants of Bradley Mountain Wear of the 1980s, and early 1990s.

First 30sec: what is this place. 60sec: OH look dog backpacks with some cool crazy colors. 2min: look at the pants, fleeces, backpacks etc.!!!! 5min: “I’m so happy i walked in here” This place is super unique of a kind. At least i have never been somewhere, thats into the outdoors, makes custom work, and is humble. Only found here at Atmosphere Mountainworks. Thank you for me new pair of pants(x3) and duffle bag.

Such a cool local store! They produce most of their gear in house using super fun colors and really durable material. I have bought so many things for myself, not to mention a ton of gifts for family and friends. I really appreciate that they repurpose their remnants into fun little zippered bags for odds and ends. I purchased several “remnant bags” to use as toiletry pouches for traveling. I also check out their purse selection every time we’re in town because they’re so useful with various pockets, zippers, and snaps (perfect for traveling!) and also modestly sized. Awesome staff, awesome gear, and awesome prices! Do yourself a favor and stop by this truly unique Wyoming store!

I love this shop. They have a very friendly atmosphere and the staff are very helpful. They have a large assortment of bags and clothing that they make all in house. 10/10 would recommend.

YOU CANNOT FIND a more unique and interesting store. They make their own backpacks, clothing, handbags. Excellent selection of camping and other sporting goods. It's definitely a place to become a fully outfitted Western hippy. Also, if you have a zipper that needs fixed; these guys are the best!

This Laramie legend has recently changed hands. It was, historically, an excellent store and experience. The new owners have preserved the local love, and improved the organization of the store. It's my first stop for new camping or general outdoor gear.

They also still make their own gear: packs, jackets, and accessories.

I Love this place. They have unique backpacks, bags and outdoor gear they sow in house as well as other travel and outdoor items. If you don't see what you are looking for, they can do custom work at a very reasonable price.

Fun products, great help. The new owners have made great improvements and you can still get the cool designs! I found some travel salt and pepper grinders that were just what I'd been looking for and they even helped me with some recommendations for an awning I am making. Thank you for the service!

This shop is an awesome place to stop in for locally made clothing and gear. The designs are a bit funky, but that's the way I like it. I own a wool leisure suit that I practically live in during the winter. There is a smattering of outdoor gear that you won't find down the street at Cross Country Connection and a great selection of guidebooks. The owner Scott is almost always there and takes pride in his creations. He can even do custom work for you. Support downtown Laramie!

A nice selection of outdoors gear, Wyoming - themed stuff, and other handy things made and presented in good taste.. The staff is nice and the prices seem fair. Its nice to see stores like this around rather than an REI putting everyone out of business.

I love shopping here and supporting a local gem. The clothing and gear they make in house is top notch and 1 of a kind, so you will never see another like yours.

I've purchased several hand made bags including a manBag and a duffleBag. Besides the obvious high quality, thoughtful/inspiring design- they have helped me getOrganized which in myLife it's a vBIG thing. Now I am in the process of getting a clone of the duffleB to keep other parts of my life organized.

Atmosphere clothing is the like a uniform for locals. You see it everywhere. There clothing is all handmade in the store and really durable. You can't go wrong.
