Ridley's Family Markets

Good selection of items often not found at other locations. Fresh cut meat by a butcher. It is pricey. However if you take advantage of their rewards card and specials for students/staff, etc. Then the prices are comparable. Always friendly customer service!

Great customer service and love supporting local grocery stores. They have great weekly advertised specials and a great app for your phone to find them. It's not the biggest mega store but they have everything you need at a great price.

Ridleys is always a good choice. Clean and well lit store and very helpful and friendly staff.

As a traveler you just can't beat this ridley's for a great lunch deal. Currently offering 2 pieces chicken, 2 sides and a 12oz soda! Lucky 7$.

I placed an order for a cupcake cake for my daughters birthday party back in April. I asked for it to be designed with at least one Dino because my daughter is really into Dino’s right now. I was ready for it to be a really dorky looking Dino that looked nothing like a Dino. I had to call mid week this week to add a few more cupcakes and they did it with no issue. My father and husband picked the cake up and sent me the pictures and I was beyond impressed with the amount of detail put into her cake! I will be and have been telling everyone where I got the cake from. The cupcakes were beyond delicious and moist. They tasted like they had been made yesterday morning! Everyone at my daughters party was blown away and impressed by the cake when we took it out of the box! I will be ordering more cakes from Ridley’s in the future !! Thank you again to whoever worked on my daughters cupcakes I could not be more impressed!!

Went through the self checkout and none of the sale items rang up at the right price. The girl running the register was quick to fix it for me. She was awesome, very friendly and helpful. I'm from Pennsylvania and this grocery store is just like the little local grocery stores back home. The customer service at Ridleys is far superior to Safeway and Walmart.

When we visited here we were treated like locals instead of tourists/travelers which we were at the time. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We found everything we needed without fuss or searching. We want to specifically point out the assistance by the clerk in the liquor store . It was early evening on September 12th. We are sorry we can not remember his exact name. He helped us sort out which style of beer we wanted from several similar looking cans.

This is my go to grocery store (mostly since I walk everywhere) but I do like this place. With the savings card you can score some good deals. It's not as big as Safeway but I like it that way. I can go in, get what I need, and leave without walking a mile between aisles. The store is kept clean and an attached liquor store helps when making dishes that require wine, sake etc.

Worked with the bakery and they were amazing! Friendly, accommodating and went above and beyond to not only make the product but quickly get it to us. Communication was outstanding as well. The cookie cake was fresh and was exactly what we asked for! Thank you for your outstanding customer service and product we will definitely be going to Ridleys for future celebrations.

I’ve gotten lunch items here everyday for a year, and the check out staff are great. They handle the self check out stands being out of service really well/efficiently. With that said I have a minuscule complaint. Why did ya’ll have to go and switch up the snack vegetable trays? (Broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots). The new little ranch packet to veggie ratio is disproportionate. I don’t want more veggies and less ranch. I have to go to the deli now and pick up one of those little ranch pouches for 60 cents, which is inconvenient. I (and I’m sure most people) just waste the extra vegetables that you throw in these new containers, lol.

Good family grocery. Great people working there. Always happy to help. Great selection of foods. Fresh produce is great.

We always do our grocery shopping at Ridley’s. This weekend we ordered sub sandwiches and cupcakes for my sons birthday. Staff in both the bakery and deli were super helpful. The food was yummy and the price was totally reasonable. Thank you!

Gas station across the street was closed and I needed ice. Popped into the wine and spirits part of Ridley's knowing they'd for sure have ice for sale. Not only did I score a bag of ice for only 99 cents (absolutely unheard of - I've been paying $3.99 across the street!) But William, who waited on me, was an absolute gem. Thanks to that dirt cheap bag of ice and William's kindness, I will be a new regular customer for all things grocery related.

I was only in town for a few days and used this store a couple times. They have all the essentials; food, tobacco, alcohol and I'm pretty sure I saw gas pumps. Staff was friendly and the place was clean and organized.

OMG... It was a big CF in there... Just as I walked up to self checkout their PIN pads went down at all registers... But the front end workers handled it fabulously... Their customer service ROCKS!!!

Helpful people, especially the deli, and the awesome chicken tenders. Sometimes the employees get to talking to each other and you have to REALLY get their attention. That doesn't happen often though. It is well stocked.
It has motorized carts. My overall food bill is always less here. I go here first for food because I know my budget can handle it. There is a liquor store and coffee place besides the deli and bakery . I'm not sure about the meat dept as it's empty mostly.?? Go shop with your list but definitely get some chicken tenders!!

We like to stop in to Ridleys to pick up a picnic lunch before heading out. They have a $6 deal where you get 2 pieces of fried chicken and 2 sides and a drink. How can you beat that? The people in the deli section are super helpful too. Also there is a liquor store attached to the building and a Starbucks inside. How convenient is all that?

You cannot beat Ridley's prices on their sales items. Excellent deli with the most friendly manager. Produce department is one of the best in Laramie. The only place you can buy fresh bean sprouts. Their cashiers and staff in general are very friendly and helpful. The first Thursday of every month they offer a 10% discount to all seniors. They also offer a discount to students with IDs on a different day of the month.

Loved this grocery. Easy parking and access. The fresh fruits and vegetables were very nice and there was a good selection. Good prices all over the store. Recommend
