I moved in and needed immediate assistance with a few minor "fixes". UW Apartment people were there immediately! They fixed my outdoor light, looked at a fan above my stove, and fixed my shower rod the very same day! My RA got me on the right track to get my internet to the TV.
They have been amazing!
Try moving in somewhere that includes internet, tv, water, sewer, trash, electricity and HEAT...good luck with that. Oh and let's add, campus security.
WU apartment peeps bent over backwards to make sure I could have my ESA dog also. Try finding THAT in Laramie!

Great place to live for students in Laramie. Apartments are new, have a good layout, and maintenance is great with any problems you may have. If you're looking for a good place to study with easy access to campus this is the place for you. If you want to entertain lots of friends or host parties, another place may suit you better.

The apartments are alright, it's a student community which makes it fun at times. However as it's the university you are paying rent too, they'll overcharge you as well as making it difficult by accepting few types of cards. Maintenance is very quick but could probably find somewhere that doesn't make it ridiculously overcomplicated to pay rent

Very nice apartments that are usually 4 person. 2 patrons will have private bathrooms and 2 will have to share. All appliances, including washer and dryer are included. It is very expensive to live here since it is owned by the University. During the winter time it is very easy to accrue overages on the utilities to heat the building and they require a minimum temperature in all building so don't expect to get around it.

My apartment accrued utility over charges every month I lived here except for two months. They will not tell you what you are over charged on and we kept our apartment heat at 64-66, even in the winter! There is no air conditioning, so it gets super hot. They're cheaply built and not worth the $1800 a month they make off of them. You will literally hear your neighbors every time they walk up their stairs or shut doors. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the location is great and directly across from the East Lot.

Surprisingly for a new complex, there is no A/C; unacceptable for the price. Also, like everyone says the walls are VERY thin. If you have loud roommates or obnoxious neighbors you will become very annoyed very quickly. It’s pretty easy to go over on your utility charges as well. Not interested in recommending these apartments, they’re essentially round 2 of your typical college dorm; definitely not worth the monthly rate.

Don’t do it! They’re way too expensive for the quality. This is just like living in a dorm, only classes are further away. They get 90+ degrees in the summer, there is no AC and they do not allow you to put in window AC units. They don’t mention it when you sign your lease, but they can come in to your apartment without giving notice, which would be illegal anywhere else, but the University apparently doesn’t follow the entry notice laws. There are 4 different colors of what I would call “bowling alley carpet.” Try another student apartment in town, you will get way more value and privacy! The internet isn’t great, it comes and goes, and forget playing online games after 4, you won’t have enough bandwidth.

I do not recommend these apartments. Your best bet is somewhere off campus (the verge or the pointe better management as well). Especially if you are planning on staying here during the summer. They turn the AC off so it gets 90 degrees everywhere but the first floor. Even with a huge fan it only blows out the air in the room. The fridge doesn't make ice, so you can't cool off that way and some buildings, like mine, the water doesn't even run cold. I have had a terrible experience this whole year and they won't let you out of your contract at all.
