I reached out to Jason (the owner) because I was having alignment issues with my 2024 mustang after installing lowering springs. I took the car to a ford dealership and they couldn’t adjust my car properly. Jason told me that Deer Pond had new and latest alignment racks and that they will for sure be able to align my car properly. After dropping the car off, they were able to square my car up and not just that but when I went to pick up my car they had washed and vacuumed the car for me which to me was A+ service. I also decided to have them install some new wheels and tires that I had gotten for my car. I had called other shops near my area and they all that they couldn’t do it because the wheels and tires (325 width) were too wide. I reached out to Jason again and he said that they could do it. In all, this shop is the real deal. Constantly keeping you updated with what ever they’re doing. The shop itself is really clean and organized, you feel like your car is in good hand once you enter the building. I would recommend this shop to anybody.

This is my go to place for car and motorcycle inspections. The staff are all helpful and they get you in and out in no time. They are also very reasonably priced on their repairs.

My car got towed here after an accident that wasn’t my fault. The customer service here was great and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I believe I spoke to Tinara (not sure if I spelled the name correctly) & I think the other woman’s name was Lisa. They gave me helpful advice about dealing the car situation and helpful information about getting a new car. The transition isn’t that great but the people at Deer Pond has helped make the experience a little easier. Thank you so much for all your help, I’ll definitely be coming here for my future car needs!!

They accommodated me with a same day prepurchase vehicle inspection when no one else in the area could fit us in. They were renovating at the time so it was a little dusty in some spaces 😆 but I couldn't ask for more pleasant guys. I showed up and every man I spoke with was respectful and friendly. I will be going back there.

Went to get my car inspected and mentioned my tire may have a small leak. They found the nail in no time and patched it right up with my permission first. The guy helping me was very polite and educated me a little on my car and tires. Always nice when they can take the extra minute to explain and teach me about tire pressure. I always just read the tire itself.

We're from out of town. Having to drive 4 and a half hours for a family event through terrible rain, one of our rim cracked. We called everywhere to see if anyone can help so we can get back home. And finally someone suggested Deerpond. We called and explained our situation and the man said if we can get there in 10 mins he can have us back on the road today. And sure enough they did! Amazing customer service and super efficient. We would also like to thank Tom for being so helpful and also putting air in all of our tires. We made it back to Philadelphia with no problems! Thank you guys so much. I highly recommend this place.

I don't ever write reviews for Google, however I felt compelled in this instance. When tasked to find an auto repair shop, I think we can all say from experience that most places will try to upsell a lot. Places will tell you that there is more wrong with your vehicle than is the case, charge you 3 or 4 times as much as they paid for a part, or try to charge you more than an acceptable amount for the hours spent on your vehicle. Not here. Deer Pond Auto is run and operated by the most genuine staff I have EVER brought my vehicles too. They are kind, and straight up with you about any and all troubles that your vehicle may be facing. They work hard to make sure that you are safe when you get back out on the road, and they try there absolute best to get you back out there in a timely fashion.
I've always dreaded bring my car into a repair shop in fear I would be treated unfairly and get taken advantage of when it comes time for the bill, but that fear is 100% gone now thanks to Deer Pond. A huge thanks to them for taking excellent care of there customers and vehicles. Polite and genuine. I have no more words really, if you take your vehicle and your business to these guys, you'll be taken care of by the best in the business without getting your bank account drained.

Got an inspection, whole process was really quick and the staff were all really friendly. Cost less than expected. Overall really happy with my experience.

Great customer service! I am really happy with the work that they did with my BMW wheels. Not many shops align rims and luckily they do, and did an amazing job. After some wheel alignments, new tires and road force the car drives so smooth. Thank you!

Personally. I love this place. I’m nervous going there only because who doesn’t think of how much going to a mechanics can cost. But the staff and owner know my dad, his girlfriend and I well. And treat each of us amazing! Like part of their family, and do all they can for us. And it’s beyond appreciated. I have a warrenty, for now, but personally would trust no other place or person to fix my car

Amazing all around. Even as someone that works on the parts end of a major Honda dealer, I had a hard time finding anyone that could repair/weld an aluminum rim. So glad I found this place. 100% will go back if needed and send anyone I know there too!

I was recently rear ended and my insurance company was telling me I had to have my car towed to them and it was going to be totalled (without even seeing it). I called deer pond to release my vehicle per my insurers instructor, very upset because my car didnt seem that bad and im a broke graduate student lol. Anyways, Maureen was SO NICE and told me that my insurance company was intimidating me and that I did not have to release my vehicle and that is why she did not let them call and authorize it themselves. She even asked Jim who appraises car go out and take a peek to see if my care looked totalled ( in his professional opinion). Jim called me back shortly and said he absolutley didnt think so and to not have a bad night over it. It needed some repair but definitely not something that appears to be totalled from just what you can outwardly see. He kept saying to stand my ground and that it is illegal for insurance companies to intimidate me and that what they had told me was not true.
I ended up calling Thomas Caroll my insurance guy who basically managed my insurance stuff for me ( he doesnt work for the insurance) and he is going to take care of it all for me. In the middle of the stress i forgot to call him. But he ended up having an auto shop near me tow it to be seen and worked on. But if i wasnt so emotional and could deal with everything calmly i would have 100% had Jim and his team take care of everything. They were kind and helpful with no monetary gain.
Now that i have calmed down a bit i am feeling a little guilty for not giving these wonderful human being my business, so here I am trying to help out and give them good ratings 😀.
Kindness and honesty is the most important thing to me and these guys were so awesome. 5 star for professionalism, kindness, communication and effeciency
