Wonderful mani pedi experience again today! I have been coming to this place for years now and love the owners and their family that works there too! I am disheartened to hear even witnessing this morning there was a no show without the person even being courteous enough to call to cancel the appointment. I realize emergencies come up and those are understandable. However, the owners lose an opportunity to fill the spot when a person is not responsible enough to call when they need to cancel. If we don't want the owners to collect a deposit and bill for no shows like other places do, then we need to treat them with respect. It would be great if people would extend the same courtesy if you are running late for your appointment too. It only takes a minute to call. The other concern I have to share is the owners raising their rate by only $5.00 for their mani pedi after not having a rate increase for 10 yrs! Everything has had a rate increase during that time and I feel they more than deserve it but that doesn't mean decrease your tip appreciation for their time to offset the rate increase. They are self employed owners offering a business in Laramie when they could run their business in a bigger city making more than they do now. Let's all continue to support Grand Nails & Spa! Tina and Tan are amazing! We didn’t have a pedicure appointment, but they took us right away! We also came a little close to closing time but they still took a lot of time and care with our nails. My friend decided after she was finished that she wanted to add a design, and Tan was happy to go back in and do it for her. To top it off, they decided not to charge us for the designs on our nails! There was good conversation, and we will definitely be back!

The staff here are always super nice and personable. It's less than 10 minutes until closing and the woman is still taking her time to make sure my nails look perfect. The prices are super affordable and they have a wide-range of services. I will continue to come here!
Update: the staff is still the best! The owner bought one of his regular customers, who is pregnant, a box of diapers as a gift!

Best pedicure I’ve ever had and my acrylics are gorgeous. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and extremely good at what they do. I will definitely be coming back!

The people are so wonderful and they do a fantastic job! The salon is very calming and clean! My nails came out wonderfully and they took their time! Would absolutely recommend!

Emmie did a wonderful job. Just wanted a quite nice manicure. it was 15 for the mani and i was able to use my own polish colour I had brought in too. She was very friendly and had wonderful conversation with me. I will definitely be recommending Grand Ave Nails and Emmie!

I got a pedicure in early May and I've been on multiple hiking trips since. It's mid June and my pedicure still hasn't chipped.

This place was amazing the best nail salon I have ever been too!! The staff Is so attentive, polite I really like how they like to start conversations with you and make you feel comfortable. They take their time on you I felt so good thank you for such an amazing service. I didn't have an appointment I was a walk in and they took really good care of me the prices are great Also. I will be back most definitely

This is the best place ever! I have always been treated like a good customer, always have had a great mani and pedi, and Mike and May are the best owners and their daughter Tina does a great job too!

I'm giving five stars even though I didn't get my nails done. Here's what happened... I'm not from the area and wasn't aware this nail salon prefers appointments because at times they can get busy. Well I didn't know this and thought I could do a walk in. So I called an Uber for me and my co-worker to get our nails and feet done. It was after I got to the nail salon we found out we needed an appointment. I was a little frustrated because I just spent nearly $20 for an Uber to get there. There were no other nail salons in walking distance that was able to take us without an appointment. The guy who worked there, I think may have been the owner, offered to drive me and my co-worker to another nail salon who would see us without an appointment. I was very appreciative. The owner or whoever he was was very thoughtful.

Can't wait to come again! Tina was great. She is personable and gentle. I left feeling very relaxed and confident with the service provided. I'll be requesting Tina always!

Of all the places around Laramie that I have tried, they are by far the best. Very professional and I didn’t feel like they rushed through doing my nails. I did a dip nail and they look amazing!

Great service, best pedicure I've ever had. Went here with my mom and sister, all three of the manicurists were polite, funny and talented. Would go here all the time if I lived here.

The owner is extremely personable. I went back due to some complications with my shellac on my natural nails and he did a new full set for free. I was very happy.

Mike, Tan and Tina are friendly, gentle and professional. The Spa is spotless and well run. They utilize disposable files, and clean, packaged tools.

Brought 6 year old girls for a birthday party and the staff was wonderful! I also received a manicure, and she did a great job.
