This was our first experience selling a home and Justin made the process easy. He gave us a realistic expectation of the asking price based on the current market environment and recommended a few minor repairs to get our house market ready. The staging, photography and open house was well organized. Though we had already moved, he kept us well informed all along. I'm going to start this off with the preface that I am a huge pain in the rear, but if people do what they say they're going to do, I show gratitude for that. Being upfront and honest about things is the way I roll and not everyone I work with appreciates that.

I met Justin by chance doing something we both love to do and our friendship ended up moving into the realm of a professional one as well. My fiancé and I don't know a single thing about real estate, but I have a real estate attorney in the family, so I had asked her for some suggestions through the process. Her input and knowledge were dwarfed by the duo that is the Jarboe Group.

Justin in the face of the unit, but Alicia is a powerhouse in her own right, and no one will ever change that opinion. They are available when you need them, but also know when you shut down the business side of things for FAMILY. I appreciate that because I don't want to work with yes people who ignore or put work above family because I would never imagine doing so myself.
