COMPLETE AUTO REPAIR

I have used this shop and mechanic billy for over 2 years! I have 4 vehicles and he does all my of repairs! He has done everything from tires to brakes to transmissions! He has even worked overtime to ensure our families vehicles were fixed and able to run! I highly recommend billy and his expertise and I have recommended him to several friends and they were just as happy as me! He is quick efficient and available!

Let me start off by saying that this is one of the most reliable, reasonable priced, hard-working auto repair shops I have been to, the guys there are a great team and they make sure that they take their time when they’re fixing repairs on vehicles, so that they get the job done right! Billy has worked on my car a few times and I’ve never left there disappointed. Thanks complete auto!!!

I have use these guys for a while.
One night, my truck was making a horrible noise. I took it to them on a Saturday morning.
It was a wheel barring. I didn't know what to do. They say how rough it was going to be for me and got it fixed that afternoon.
From that point forward, I just went there.
I can swing by and they will take the time to look at any problem I have. That's pretty reassuring these days

I highly recommend them. They get the job done and show great customer service. They don't lead you on getting more things done on your car that you don't need done like many other shops.

They charge me for a tire valve and a tire sensor and programming the sensor but in fact they didn’t replace the sensor. They just glued the old one to the wheel and put a $10 valve.
When I discovered that I came to them and told them what they did , they denied but later when other customers showed up, the owner whispered to me that I can do a free oil change when I come next time.
I will not go back for the free oil change because God knows What they will do to my car this time. I don’t recommend going here under any circumstances.

Swindled me out of 20 bucks by telling me that my headlamp was out, changing it, and now the whole light doesn't work. Called the gas station only to have the man yell at me and tell me it was my fault, refusing to give a refund or even investigate the issue any further. Do not trust anything that the people at the gas station tell you about your car, and don't trust anything that the mechanics tell you because they'll do anything to Swindle you out of money. Also one of the men asked me for the pin number on my debit card, which I thought was pretty shady.

I dropped my car to get the overheating problem fixed and when I picked it up, it had a huge crack in the windshield from one end to the other. When I told the owner he was very unprofessional and argued with me saying the car was like that when I had dropped which was not true. After awhile of him talking over me he hung up the phone on me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. UNPROFESSIONAL AND SCAMMERS

They put in an altinator in my car and guanteed the work for 6 months.well the altinator broke and I was stuck by the side of the road.Thank God I have AAA and after an hour in the heat the tow truck showed up.The man who garunteed the work said he only garunteed the part not the labor.So I had to pay for the labor.It cost me another two hundred and 25 dollars.So it cost me five hundred and and 75 dollars for an altinator.They wouldnt stand by their word or work.I have been taking my suv there for gas ,inspections and any work that needed to be done.So has all my family.
I contacted my attourney he he said to take them to small claims court.They dont stand by there work.Dont go there
