7 Muffins A Day

It was awesome to find a place that was dedicated gluten and dairy-free. This is a quaint bakery with classical music playing while you wait. The displays are creative and please plan to wear a mask.
The owner was baking, serving and ringing up customers. She was well versed and explained to new customers different aspects of the goods. She even supplied outside resources that may be available. I found the shop on the find me gluten free app. The owner, I think her name was Joanne, recommend it another app called gluten-free dude. ( My apologies if I don't remember her name correctly.)
The food was delectable. I was so excited that I got several items. I enjoyed the cinnamon roll for 2 days. One fresh on the day I bought it the other warmed up the next day. If you understand gluten-free you know that sometimes the next day doesn't work out. Both cinnamon rolls were absolutely delicious! I also purchased chicken pot pie, a brownie, and a slice of apple pie. All were very tasty. The apple pie was also the next day.
She packages them in really good cartons and food boxes. The chicken pie had shredded chicken that was very delicious with potatoes and carrots. Cooked to perfection. My only complaint is I wish I had a mini version instead of a slice.
The apple pie was divine! I could not even finish it all in one setting.
I would recommend this place to people with allergies and people without. If you do not have a allergy or an autoimmune concern please be mindful that these products may cost a little more than the average bakery. Unfortunately that is a supplier issue.

Stopped by for the first time today and had a fantastic experience! I splurged and bought a couple of different items and the ones I have tried have been fantastic. The lady was very kind and it was a pleasure stopping by. Will definitely be back!

My wife found this place and I’m in love with everything they have to offer. The owner was sweet, wonderful, and helpful! If you have Celiac disease, please visit 7 muffins a day! Please take the time to visit. I bought the box Simpler and I loved everything in it.

I'm gluten, dairy and soy free. Went in and found a baguette, chocolate cookies and "butter" cookies. They were delicious. The owner told me that some of the baking pans were sprayed with an oil that included soy lecithin, so she led me away from those. She was very knowledgeable about her ingredients and food intolerances.

Cupcakes gluten free were very good. The cinnamon rolls were excellent too. If you want total sugar free you can order items made with monk fruit to sweeten too. They have a good selection of items including muffins in the store but you can order many different dessert items.

Holy moly. I happened to stumble upon this place and I’m so glad I did. Some of the best baking I’ve had period. The owner was extremely nice and even helped me order an item that wasn’t on the menu because my wife requested it. Please do yourself a favor and try this place. They also made the best cookie pie I’ve ever had. 10/10

We drove an hour today to visit this bakery and it was certainly worth it. It was so thrilling knowing everything in the case was gluten free and something I could enjoy! The chocolate dipped donut was wonderful; it was light and airy and the perfect size. I have yet to enjoy the beautiful peppermint cupcake and pumpkin cinnamon roll but I am beyond excited. The owner was delightful to speak with and we are definitely going to be visiting again soon!

Amazing bread, muffins and… well, basically everything. I don’t know how, but the gluten-free items from 7 Muffins taste *better* than their regular non-GF counterparts. It’s clear that there’s a lot of time and research that go into creating each recipe in search of the perfect balance of ingredients. This place is a gem, and the owner seems very nice too. Recommended x100.

As a person with celiac and a dairy allergy I visit this place monthly and walk out with no less then 50 dollars worth of yummy treats. Their thick crust pizza is AMAZING and one of my favorites. The iced cinnamon rolls are my favorite baked good offering.

Live out of town but my daughter in law took me to this GOLDMINE of deliciousness!! It has been a true struggle to find a variety of food once I was told to be gluten AND dairy free.
But a wonderful chef has created breads, cinnamon rolls, brownies and fruit pies that are the best I've ever tasted in my 60+ years.😉 Going back to Richmond soon to stock up and visit the grandsons🥰 Grandma Sharon M.

Best brown bread west of Ireland. (Special challah bread.). She’s not baking next week so you’d get by there today!

I randomly came across this bakery earlier today and WOW. The lemon glazed donuts and the cinnamon rolls were so good, I ate them all in one sitting. Service was prompt and friendly and there was so much to choose from. 10/10 would recommend, especially because good gluten free baked goods are hard to find. Usually I end up making anything I might want, myself. To know that there’s somewhere I can “grab and go” quality gluten free items, is a relief.

I came in for a wedding tasting and the owner was so nice and friendly! I really liked the strawberry cake (nice balance, not too sweet as I find a lot of gluten free cakes can be insanely sweet but this cake was fantastic) and I also loved the tea cookies! I tried the croutons and loved those as well! I can’t wait to come back and try some bread!

After passing your sign for months and forgetting to stop to buy goodies for my wife, my wife and I stopped today and were delighted. The baguettes and the doughnuts are delicious. Not to be confused with gluten baguettes and doughnuts but absolutely delicious in their own right and better for you, I'm sure. Rated 5 stars by a gluten-tolerant guy and his gluten-intolerant wife. Well done!

Hidden Gem!
I have been wanting delicious pastries for months. I am dairy and gluten intolerant so good pastries are incredibly hard to find or make. The owner was super sweet and her french bread is the best I have had in ages. Excited to try more of her delicious baked goods!

Grabbed a very cool assortment of goodies today. So far, the maple donut was amazing! Warm with a nice little crunch on the edges and delicious flavor. Super friendly proprietor too!

This is a gluten free bakery that has AMAZING food! I'm so excited that we found 7 Muffins a Day!! Store-bought gluten free treats tend to be tasteless or very dry, but EVERYTHING we tried from this bakery was simply decadent! Even the gluten-eating family members loved the treats. I'd give it 20 stars if Google would allow me to! I LOVE this place!!

THE BEST MUFFIN SHOP I EVER BEEN TO! The food and smell is so amazing! The muffins are a 10/10 and I also recommend a delicious chocolate chip cookie! The owners are so friendly and polite as well! I CANT BELIEVE ITS VEGAN!!
