Publix Super Market at Huguenot Village

Visited the bakery today, the baker actually stopped what she was doing to offer to assist us. She was quick to answer our questions about wedding cakes, cost, timing and alternatives. Went to another section of the baked goods area, was greeted immediately by another associate who offered to assist. Great experience overall, no waiting around for the behind the counter employees to even acknowledge us.

The store was super clean including the rest room which.generally means the employees are clean considering that must wash hands before returning to work. The deli, bakery and produce never disappoints me.and I travel over a 175 mile just for the freshness we have come to expect from a grocery store. Very impressive !!! We love it public has been my go to store whenever possible for over 30 years.

Always friendly crew and Adrian has consistently been helpful to myself when I've come upon him and to other customers I've observed. Thanks for making my shopping experience great as a recent transplant from HEB land (Texas)

This spot is great. Awesome employees who are always kind. The store has a ton of Buy One Get One free deals, quite frequently. Been saving more money here now than when I was going to Kroger, who has gotten super expensive and barely has BOGO free sales. Sometimes they do, but Publix consistently does it.

The employees are always super nice and helpful, all the time. The store is always super clean and organized really well. I go here all the time now and will continue to keep going there. I really respect a store at least willing to do a good amount of sales. Kroger will lower something by like 20 cents and then its "on sale". No thank you.

I'll continue going to Publix where I can get actual deals. Some stuff I can't find at Kroger, I can get at Publix too. Like my Retro Bud Light Seltzer and some Michealangelos food, like pastas and stuff.

I wish Publix had Amy's Pizza Snacks, because even though they have a lot of Amy's stuff, I've never seen those there yet. But I can live with that, haha.

Great store all around. Never had one issue with this place.

Publix is the best!!
I know this store must have great management since I see a lot of the same cashiers on a regular basis. Treating employees well makes for customers being treated well also.

Have requested party platters several times. They are always fresh, generous, delicious, and ready on time.

I'm so glad they built this, it's so close to my house I could easily walk. Great selection, I love getting the crab legs steamed/seasoned in store, then bringing them home and eating them within 5 minutes while they are still steaming hot. Produce selection also seems to be great!

This store is stocked very well employees are helpful and friendly. Store is always clean and the sales are great!

Daily shopping is a bit expensive at this market, but we frequent it the most due to the cleanliness of the environment, the constant freshness of the products, and the availability of promotional items. The products in the Mediterranean cuisine section need further improvement. The staff is very polite and helpful.

I've never had a bad experience in this store. We started going here when another chain, much closer to our house, started to chronically be out of stock on so many things due to a lack of proper ordering - well before covid and supply chain issues. While prices may be a little higher on some items, the cleanliness of the store, friendliness of the employees, and overall experience makes it worth the trip!

Finally found three items I couldn't snag elsewhere. And 2dozen I didn't really know I needed.

This is where I mainly shop for groceries. The people who work here are friendly and the store never feels crowded when I go. Plus they have a great selection.

This is my new primary grocery store. The staff here are some of the friendliest and most helpful employees I have encountered. I would put the customer service on the same level as Chick-Fil-A and I consider that a high compliment.

The selection is pretty good and the produce quality is very impressive. Checkout is generally very fast and whenever lines are starting to form, they seem to be good about opening additional lanes. Even at busy times, service is efficient and friendly.

Update: Even after having been open for quite a while, the level of customer service has not diminished in the least. They have somehow managed to continue staffing with great employees.
