This fantastic family-owned business is an inspiration. I never knew I could have such complex feelings about olive oils, but the harissa infused olive oil changed my life. And the variety of balsamic vinegars is out of this world. I'm devoted to the mango balsamic vinegar, adding a splash to sparkling water that makes it just the right amount of tart. The shop offers lots of options of bottle sizes, the staff can walk you through tastings and recipes, and there are also prepared goods that will have your head spinning. It's just so much fun to visit!

This place was amazing!! Family owned and run with such lovely staff! Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable, they make you feel right at home and allow you to sample different olive oils and vinegars so you’ll never be disappointed with your purchase! Absolutely delicious products too. Here they really care about your health and the benefits of EVOO which is heart-healthy and full of antioxidants! I was told they have cardiologists on call to review the oils in inventory, allowing employees to learn the benefits of each product while ensuring they only have high quality products. Thank you all so much for the wonderful and informative experience, can’t wait to come back to refill my olive oil and check out more stuff!!! 🐞❤

First experience with Olive oil tasting, we were greeted by the owner, Shawna. She had us try some different oils based on our preferences and explained their health and flavor properties, without any salesman vibes, just pure love for her products and customers. We did not go in intending to buy balsamic vinegar, but she showed us how they paired with the oils and we ended up buying some. We learned so much and it was really fun to discover the depth and layers of flavors. We can’t wait to go back and stock up, they always have specials on oil as they replace them all twice a year for the new season. This place is a must for anyone who likes to cook and those who eat well for optimal health. They have perfect mix and match gift options for the hard to buy for folks, and they will ship them!

This place is life! I can't believe I have never been here before, by far the best flavored oil/vinegar store I've been to. (You'd think they're all basically the same but they're not - the quality of everything here is top tier) We probably spent about an hour there tasting and talking about all the options - everything was SO good it's unbelievable. The oil/vinegar pairings they recommend are fantastic, and there are some really unique flavors that I'd never have thought of before like, Black Garlic & Ginger olive oil with Gojuchang white balsamic vinegar, but now that I've had it I can't live without.

This place is an absolute must. They were so nice and patient while we tried a bunch of different options, and I didn't know before going that it's a family run business, which is just an extra bonus. Do yourself a favor and go immediately if you've never been before.

I have been dying to get to the Olive Oil Taproom since they opened and I am devastated that yesterday was my first trip - this place is TO DIE FOR. Clean, extremely friendly and knowledgable (but not pushy) staff - and so much more than just olive oil. You can tell the owner (and who I believe was her son) LOVE what they're doing and love helping people to learn about delicious oils, vinegars, seasonings, and so much more. I was admiring some of the olive oil pourers (which are stunning) and was thrilled to find out they're from a local artist. I used the Tuscan Herb olive oil tonight (per their suggestion) on kebabs and they were, hands down, the best kebabs I've ever made. I couldn't resist drizzling some of the Mango Balsamic Vinegar on top of the chicken and O . M . G. This place will be top on my list for gifts from here on out - including a gallon of the butter-flavored olive oil for myself as I strive to lower my cholesterol! RUN, don't walk, to this place!

This place was amazing and we will definitely be going back for more oils and vinegars! Cory instantly came up to us and gave us some great suggestions to start our collection off. He was very informative and really sold us on just about everything. It was so hard to decide which ones to get because they were all so amazing. We blood orange and extra virgin (Chile) olive oils and the cranberry pear and Neapolitan herb balsamic vinegars to go with them. Great staff and great atmosphere.

This is a great spot just to visit. You can taste any and all of the oils and vinegar they have on tap. The bottles are reusable so you can always swing by and fill them up again.

This place is the bomb!!!!! What a great concept. Dozens of infused olive oil and aged vinegars of all flavors dispensed from the tap. Such incredible flavors... Truffle infused olive oil, 15 year aged balsamic vinegar with raspberry, pear, Apple, herbs, etc. A true culinary delight that you won't find elsewhere! Very knowledgeable and genuinely friendly owners. This makes great gifts for the hard to buy for person.

Love their delicious oils, vinegars and spices. They also sell a really nice olive oil, natural based skin care line that is great. Their products make great gifts and they will even gift wrap for you! Overall...great service and great products!

The woman who runs the store is so kind and helpful! The first time I went in, and she explained every little detail. The next time I went in, but I was in a huge rush and she was very accommodating! I really love a store that is willing to be understanding and listens to whether you want a lot of help or to be left alone. Really excellent place and not to mention extremely delicious. I love their balsamic condimento and the white truffle oil and the sesame oil. :-) highly recommend

Love the selection of olive oil, both plain and infused with other flavors. The vinegars are available in various flavors. All of them are good but if you don't want to buy them all, the store allows you to sample them. Very clean establishment with other unique finds. The Short Pump location has since closed but the Midlothian location is open.

Awesome product!! Cody is an amazing knowledge base!! We visited an olive oil tap room a few times in Arkansas when we lived there, but this one is amazing beyond words!!

At first I didn't think I could make it to the physical store, and Shauna was so helpful by e-mail. But I did make it, and loved it. It is a special place with knowledgeable staff and an overall awesome experience. They definitely know their wide variety of product. I want some of everything! I'll never be stuck for a gift idea again!
