Great service. Night manger Jacob deserves a raise on how he handles stuff.

My double hamburger was great n french fries were almost burnt n had way too much salt. Other than that my meal was edible n sales clerk was efficient in getting my food. Just love Wendy's n would recommend to my family n friends.

Out of all the fast food restaurants I like wendys the most. Everything seems more fresh. I usually use the drive through, and it's open until 2am. one thing I noticed is that after 12am they take way longer to have the food ready. It could be because at that time they don't have to many people working.

I know it's late and people have to make a living but if you didnt notice when you handled the burgers that the buns were hard as rock and notice the fries were stale then maybe rest up a bit. Maybe you had a long day, maybe you just need a hug. It'll be okay I promise 🧡 I know. I'm sorry. Hang in there.

I went in to the Wendys at 500 Park ave in Worcester this afternoon because the drive through was all backed up . There were maybe 3 people working at the time. No-one greeted me or said they'd be with me shortly. A young girl came in from the floor and chose to wipe down a tray and arrange condiments for quite some time before she took my order. I proceded to be a dick. Only in hindsight did I realize that she was obviously someplace else mentally and I should have taken that as an opportunity to connect and be kind. I know that I only made her day worse.
And I am sorry.
Usually the service there is good- I don't actually eat there, I had a craving for fries, but a couple of my children do. They seem to like the food and I sometimes like the fries.

Great location. Always fresh food and always fast and good customer service. Usually a good place to go for fast service there usually isn't a long line at the drive thru and it's really fast if you go in to order food there isn't to long of a wait and have good prices.

Even if the line is insanely long they just keep that food coming baby!
A friendly staff and everything of course, but they know your there: for food right now and, let me tell u, they deliver.

This wendy's is really good the lines are long but the food makes up for it the fries don't have salt and aren't that good . The four for four is my favorite meal with strawberry lemonade yum!

This is by far the worst Wendy's around. The fries are always cold and hard, and always little pieces. My pretzel pub chicken sandwich is missing the bacon. And my drinks are always flat. Fyi

I've frequented this Wendy's for the past four years and I've never had a bad experience. That's really all you can ask of a fast food chain

Wendy's was pretty good I tried the Southwest salad avocado that is great for ketos so I enjoyed my meal there cuz I could still be on ketosis and eat at Wendy's Love it

I love WENDY'S food.BUT,it wud be nice if they cud update on the sistym and improve everything.But,I know things take time and cost money.BUT,I sure hope that WENDY'S is working on some changes 2 make things easier more efficient.BUT I WILL never stop eating at Wendy's or telling people not 2 eat at Wendy's.👍👍👍👍

Love Wendy's unfortunately there is not one within 135 miles of me if there were one closer I would be there every single day we have McDonald's and Burger King and they are both a poor facsimile of what a real burger place should be

This is my " go to fast food restaurant " , they always have fresh food & the restaurant is always clean. New management with in the last 2 months added to 5 star rating.

It was actually a really good experience at this fast food restaurant. The food was great and the people there seemed nice!

Got lunch yesterday at Wendy's. Was delicious and very affordable. I am now a huge fan of the strawberry chicken salad.

It started off good then someone stoled my friend,money so left there an went to the store an bought some stuff with the money that I had so we both had something

You know what you get when you go here the food is always good so 5 stars but the service not so much.
