Long Branch Farm

A beautiful historic plantation out in the country with amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and horses grazing in the fields. A wonderful place to walk and enjoy the scenery. You can go inside a mansion during the weekday hours.

where do I start?
It's an historical house/farm. The house is so beautiful with some updated rooms, powder room for wedding event. The stair..love it.
I meet a nice lady, an executive board member, who gives me a guided tour, telling me the history of it. I really appreciate her time and knowledge about the house, the farm.
I definitely will visit again.

As Winchester wedding planner and owner of Michelle‘s Main Event, we love coordinating weddings at Long Branch Farm. The courtyard ceremony is lovely and we are able to coordinate a tented reception right beside the house. The staff is always a pleasure to work with and the setting makes for spectacular photos. I thoroughly enjoy their annual Easter event with my family and am thankful to they host this event!

Took our daughter for the Easter Egg hunt. Several other activities available. Food vendors on-site also. Plenty of portable toilets. Grounds are well maintained and beautiful. Everyone had a great time.

Long Branch is one of the most beautiful locations we visit every year. Our kids enjoy every event, especially the Easter festivities. I highly recommend you consider visiting and spread the word when you depart.

We stopped by and the kind woman gave us a personal tour of the house. Very kind proprietors. Lots of history. Fishing in the lake is permitted, catch and release. Very nice gardens. It's worth the stop, or was for me.

It’s been a few years since we’ve been there. They used to have live music on Friday nights. I wish they would bring that back. Overall a beautiful place and a very enjoyable experience.

Beautiful and old school. Like many things "Northern Virginia" it's like walking into the past. Amazing country.

Unless you go on a weekend, the history background is self tour. It is a wonderful home, gardens and horse farm! We picked up lunch at Locke Store and ate by the pond. Was a very beautiful afternoon!

Spectacular views and easily managed/walkable terrain. We come every year we can for the Thanksgiving fox hunt. It wouldn't be Thanksgiving without this elegant event and the gorgeous photos each year.

We hosted my mom's memorial here, venue was great, as was staff. I'd definitely recommend it. We had a tough time getting through it, but the staff was VERY accommodating. Thanks to Matt and crew.

A beautiful venue for a wedding or indoor/outdoor event. Staff were professional and the historical items throughout the house was a walk back in time. I highly recommend Long Branch Farm.

Flew out from California for a breed club dog show and was met with sheets of rain. The groundsmen bent over backwards to accommodate our breed club so that we could get in at least a couple of days worth of conformation shows once the fields dried out enough to get on. The crew was effective, courteous, friendly, and helpful despite all the pressure placed upon them by the inclement weather, and hundrends if not a thousand dissapointed dog fanciers who couldn't show their dogs in such conditions.

It's such a beautiful place it's so breathtaking its 400 acer 14 miles of 4 board fencing the mansion was built in 1811 it's a museum, i am the farm manger i been working here 27 year Thanks to GOD and all of his great work ,looking at the horses /cow roaming the fields

Very nice location with lots of mountains and horses, there are also some geese but they won't come and bother you

It was very nice cold I was there in winter nice none the less. And great place to hang out.

Beautiful home and so well preserved and cared for. Much history to learn here.
