iKrave Cafe

After going to a bougie coffee shop and getting two incredibly disappointing coffees, my friend and I Googled some other coffee places in the area and stumbled on iKrave. I'm so happy we did! They have such an extensive menu in terms of coffee flavors, smoothies, frappes, baked goods and a small lunch menu. Their prices are also WAY more affordable than other places. Staff was friendly and efficient, lots of seating and TVs, bathrooms, AND a drive thru! This is definitely my new place to go for coffee!

Despite coming in 15 minutes prior to closing John was patient with our indecisiveness & helped to guide us through what to order because we've never been here. He displayed excellent customer service. We ordered 2 coffees & 2 sandwiches .. all 4 items were made to perfection with fresh ingredients. I would also like to note the prices are more tha
reasonable. Would definitely come back.

One complaint: we really wanted to tip, but the machine did not ask us when we paid. There was a cash jar, but unfortunately we don't carry cash.

This is a beautiful gem that I am lucky to drive by in the morning! This is our little weekly treat for making it through the week during this covid pandemic stress at work. The mocha swirl is super yummy. Very friendly staff, fast service drive though, seems safe wearing masks and other protocols. Highly recommend.

I tend to go later (get my night shift coffee fuel) so I've not had much of the food bit the coffee is the best every time. I've done the pb & choc latte and I've done the coconut and chocolate latte and both were so delicious and gave me the energy I needed for my shift. I also tried some twisted sugar pastry and it was delicious too and I couldn't finish it, it was so big.

My boyfriend and I are from out of town. This place has an incredible selection of special coffees! Highly recommend the peanut butter and mocha! Bagel sandwiches were delicious. The pastries we saved for later were icing on the cake. Coming back tomorrow :-)

I never guessed there would be a drive thru but was happy that there was. Quick, easy, and the staff was super friendly. They gave me some dog treats for my pup in the back seat 🥹. Caramel macchiato is gooood

Literally the best coffee in Worcester! I will never be going to Dunkin again lol. The staff is amazing. They were very sweet. I got the strawberry shortcake iced coffee and the first sip I said “WOW”

iKrave is awesome and so affordable, they even offer a student discount! Their breakfast sandwiches are fantastic and I love the red bull infusions. It's much better than Dunkin's and roughly the same price. The people that work there have such kind souls and work so hard. Thank you for all you do!

Many coffee flavors to choose from, both hot and cold. I've tried regular, coconut hazelnut and birthday cake. All flavors were delicious and made just right. They also have baked goods and hot breakfast on the menu.The young lady who attended us was very personable and attentive. This is my new favorite spot in Worcester .

Very friendly staff!!! Coffee is amazing and they have a huge selection. All brewed coffee no flavored shots. Sandwiches are made with real fresh eggs! Always delicious !! A million times better than DD and Starbucks !!! Plus your not waiting 20 min in line for a coffee

This was my first time here. The employees were nice and friendly. I enjoyed my sandwich and the iced coffee was awesome. Such a large selection to pick from. The place was very clean and they offer wifi while you eat. I will definitely be back again

Everything is good here!! The food, the coffee, & the service. Highly recommend!! Bacon egg and cheese on an Asiago bagel is great. The veggie wrap with hummus is awesome. The coffee is smooth and not bitter. I like to get my friends who are new to the city a gift card. It's the type of place that helps make Worcester great City.

I live out-of-state, but my sister lives in the area, and she always takes me here when I come visit. FANTASTIC iced coffees! The employees are really nice, too.

I come in here every day before work and again on my break. The coffee is the best coffee in Worcester and always fresh. The menu is a decent blend of snacks and light meals. Most of all the staff is personable and efficient. Cannot say enough about the place! Very happy I stumbled upon it !

ikrave is awesome! affordable and delicious food and drinks with an even kinder staff that works so hard to accommodate drive thru and walk ins, including food-- which gets super busy and stressful, especially when you are understaffed with impatient customers. Banner is awesome, made a great iced caramel latte and was so warm to me. Cali works so hard and does an incredible job! More love to the afternoon crew, they are an awesome bunch!

They have been really improving things at iKrave. Service is consistently faster but still friendly. Definitly a place in Worcester to check out if you like coffee and are looking for anything else besides another Dunkins.

Old review:

I only rated them 3 stars because they are a good place but there are some issues. Notably slower than most other places around, and the food (meat pies are my primary pick) is inconsistent. When they are good they are really good, but often they are poorly made. That said I never had a mistake on an order and the drinks are good. Despite my lowish rating, they are still one of better places around. Check them out.
