Hardee’s

Wonderful dining experience! The attendant was polite and efficient. The dining area was clean, the food was hot and tasty!

The cashier actually smiled. What a rare occurence at fast food restaurants. My husband has a cane. She even offered to bring the food to a table. Even the managers were pleasant & patient.

We had just returned from Urbana, and we stopped in West Point to get some lunch, we stopped here, the food was good, the service was friendly, will definitely return.

Food was great, right on time. $50 for 4 people but that’s to be expected for great food. Only complaint (come on, I was rooting for you guys with your 3 stars) is the sweet tea was mistaken for unsweet, but other than that it was fantastic! The driver through atmosphere was great, the lady serving us was so kind, just an overall great experience, would come again.

So good today! Everyday! We are travelling around and was famished, the Hardee girls were so friendly and so good to us. We will go out of our way to come back!

Service was a somewhat slow. Drive thru cashier was friendly. Fresh, hot, delicious breakfast. Thank you!

Burgers were dry and cold, Fries were okay. Service was friendly. We waited for our food thinking it was being cooked and it was cold.

Short staffed and still made us feel welcomed. Made sandwiches wrong, when we brought it up to the manager, it was made fresh, they cooked a new fish for the inconvenience.

My husband and I stopped thru on Sunday 2-7-21 for breakfast. The weather was scrappy. The drive thru was quick. We paid cash and received too much money back. We stopped in the parking lot, realized the mistake and went inside to have the mistake addressed. My husband has worked in retail and knows what it is like to have your register come up short. He was thanked for being honest and received free food. I grew up with motto "fast food is not fast service" so I care more about my order being right than it coming out fast. We wanted breakfast, received breakfast and continued on our travels. Good restaurant in a small town.

The DT line moved a bit slow. But it was worth it. My chicken and onion rings were fresh from the fryer. It was amazing 🤩 My food anywhere else is never this hot and fresh. Thank you.

The food was Great, the Service Even Better. Myself & a crew of coworkers showed up in trucks that don't fit drive-through's . And with the inside being closed... We walked lol. They took our orders 1 at a time, at the window, on foot. Talk about service,.. You guys & gals all deserve raises 💪

The young lady working the inside counter was probably the nicest hardee's worker I've ever seen. The customer before me was deaf and she was patient and just... Nice. Made my biscuit even better.

I am very impressed. I have never had Hardee’s Chicken. I ordered the chicken and it was delicious!!!!! Hot and Crispy! My daughter said her cheese burger was great!

Ever since the new manager took over (I believe her name is Nikki) this store has had a visable turn around. Fresh food cooked in a timely manner and the staff is very nice and patient.

The Hardee's in West Point is my breakfast destination during the work week. I may get a biscuit but I always get a large hash rounds fried well. They always fry them fresh for me and what makes them really special is they have me pull up in drive thru and bring them to my vehicle when they are done.
